Story of my life! I'm not alone but I feel like I'm a single mom. Full time job and full time mom. Boyfriend (father of son/ we are not married) goes to work and comes home. Thinks he doesn't have to do anything else. I put up with it. 9 years in March. Son is 5 years old. I would love to see the fathers take the moms role. My dad raised me and he did great.
This includes me sick or not
To add on... I try to invite my bf and he is never interest in spending time with us. I'm not forcing him but this really hurt deep. Make the feeling of being alone so much more ... Ugh... Deep breathe and chin up... Keep it moving. This too shall pass

I'm sorry but Shannon really does grate on me. I understand she is young. But I am 20 and I have an 11 month old. Myself and my partner work with each other to bring up our baby. When our son was a few months old we sat down and wrote down our plans i.e. what my partner wants to do in his spare time and what I wanted to do. The scenario Shannon was in during that scene, I have been in myself. My baby was 9 ish months old at the time, I had a really bad cold & fever and my partner went to the gym. BUT because myself and my partner communicated before hand, I knew that he goes to the gym to de-stress so I didn't kick up a fuss. He come back an hour later, run me a bath and cooked dinner and put our baby to bed. Its all about helping each other out and communicating. Shannon felt that Charlie was being selfish going to the gym when she wanted him to stay at home, but in my eyes, he was going to the gym to de-stress and have his time to relax and time to himself. Its all about give and take in a relationship and recognising when to give and when to take. I have no doubt that Shannon is a great mum, I'm not giving her or their relationship any hate. I'm just putting my opinion out there so that people understand that there is a simple resolve to situations like this and its all about having effective communication.

I actually have the flu at the minute and I’ve a 7 year old and I don’t whine about having to look after her if I’m sick I just get on with it like it’s my responsibility so get over it and get on with it. I kinda liked her but now Shannon just annoys me she’s just selfish and rude. Charlie should help out and not have a time table for his son especially if their back together it should just be the norm, it’s not a time share it’s a kid

Bruh I Been with my bf since 14 we have a 7 year old and a 2 year old and when we have dinner we have so much to talk about from kids to mutual interest and games and things we have to do sometimes we get the I pad and watch mutual funny shows or Netflix (yes while eating ) and my bf even goes as far to watch crime doc when having. A meal just for me you lot are dead in that relationship where is the fun the joy the sense of humour goshhh also I live in the uk London .
