Government of india has relaxed norms to join the combat role and sooner the women officers will undergo training to join GARUD, MARCOS AND SPECIAL FORCES UNIT very soon😊
They are actually not fully paratroopers...they have just trained and made jumps with the para ...and earned the maroon Barret and para wings...they have the logo of their own regiment in their Barrets

She is simply saying that in a combat the opponent will not look at your stamina or gender. The only thing important there will be , are you winning or else you're going to end up in a grave. So in armed forces the basic concept is to have the best physical abilities which includes stamina and naturally men are better in that , so how is that uplifting to men . That's a fact though
There is difference between Olympic and Combat. In Olympic you lose you just lose and carry on with your life. But in combat if you lose, you or your team or both loses life. She is not uplifting men only. She talks about individuality. And she rightly talked whether she faces discrimination (in negative way)? Which she or any other women officer is not.
