I think I understand what's going on. You know how Baby sometimes has a evil voice and Sophie the security guard sounds like it, I think she has a microphone in Baby so she can tell people not to go in the room and there is someone else in talking in a microphone teamed up with Baby's other voice to start the scooper and get rid of the animatronics and they only follow Purple Guy's comands to get rid of the other animatronics like the comment if you agree with me.
