That is an amazing Vader and brilliant sculpt, I like how Vader’s helmet silhouette appears in the cape.

What an impressive sculpt. The horrific skin, the sith eyes, all incredible. I admired the mythos statue and now this version captures it too. Stunning. Your room is already overflowing so how you're going to fit all these new figures in will be a challenge indeed. You can do it!

This is literally my favourite style for darth vader, I'm so glad they're doing this! Ever since I played the Force Unleashed I've absolutely love, love loved this look! Honestly when I first seen this leaked I was terrified it would've been limited edition so glad it's not!

I know hot toys have to maximize sales so when they put out two similar products they have to put out the lower selling one first to maximize sales but do you feel frustrated when the more advanced product like this one comes out and you've already ordered the first one? I do, simply because I can only afford one and often I wanted the second one and didn't know it existed a few moths earlier when I ordered the first one. PS: what a base! This figure looks amazing! Can not fault you for picking this up, so cool 😮
I can see why it annoys collectors, I definitely understand the frustration. For me I do like the variants tho, so this new one is a very different figure, the Kenobi version being screen-accurate after the battle, whereas this one is more of a mythos style where we see burnt skin and where the mechno limbs connect, and a complete head sculpt. In a worst case scenario I would just sell one and keep the one that really means the most to me. Yeah the base looks awesome doesn't it!! 🙌🏻

This Vader is coming home. I love the head sculp, he looks menacing and pissed! Lol And rightfully so. It blows the Kenobi one out of the water, I'm glad I held off.

Very different figures so it's definitely justified to get this as well as the Kenobi figure! Thats what I'm telling myself anyway! 😅 Can see why they *didn't* announce this before the Kenobi version released tbh as most collectors would probably wait for this one! What sucks is I love HT and this hobby but I can only buy a couple special pieces a year. I just got the Kenobi DX28 and was so happy to finally get it and love it but a couple months later they drop this on us SMH. Damnit, I think I'm going to try and get this lol
It can be frustrating being a Hot Toys collector no doubt!! Luckily Vaders do tend to hold their value pretty well so opportunity to upgrade to this new one. Over year until this one actually releases as well 👍🏻 Thanks for watching 🙌🏻
I have battle damaged Vader from Kenobi. Still waiting on 40th anniversary ROTJ Vader. NOW.....I want this Vader. Gonna need a bigger house.

@@paulclancy4221 Depends who its ordered through mate. Sideshow do the payment plans and take the final payment when ready to ship etc but other sellers will invoice you the full amount when its getting ready to ship.

I love these variations but at some point does it not wreck havoc on the power of Vader? I mean how often can his enemies get this must damage on him? Makes him less of a bad @ss and more of a really good survivor.
Yeah I was thinking that too. He's really been put through the wringer hasn't he! Maybe that's why he's quite slow in the fight with Kenobi on the Death Star? Yes it's tricky if you only want one, they are both exceptional figures though by the looks of it. And I still love that Kenobi Vader! I'm justifying getting both by the fact the damage is very different on this new one 😅 Thanks for watching mate 🙌🏻

Do you think this is what they meant instead of what you thought was a battle damaged T-800?
Well on the list, it was all written in Chinese *except* for the line that specifically said "T800" (with "Battle damage" written in Chinese). I guess "T800" could have been a codename for this Vader maybe??
To be honest I think this is the definitive Vader. I have the original HT Vader and it's time for the upgrade😊 HT has been killing my wallet lately 😢
I think for me the original ANH version is my definitive version just because of the nostalgia factor and what means and what it represents. *However* I completely understand where you're coming from! This new one looks absolutely incredible, you're right it's absolutely an upgrade!! And yeah my wallet is crushed too 😭😅 Thanks for checking out the video!
