    couple of questions:
    question 2: since b12 actually can cause bicytopenia as seen in this young patient, wouldn't the less invasive diagnostic procedure be the first one to do? it's definitely something i would at least order before getting that biopsy. also i don't understand the mechanism by which leukemia caused macrocytosis in this patient - also by deficiency due to high turnover?
    question 4: parenteral clindamycin seems like the best next step to me.. sure you don't give it alone, but you also wouldn't ONLY do surgery and then leave the patient to die of sepsis. assuming that none of the answers make sense on their own, the logical answer to me is A

    AKI exacerbates hyperphosphatemia of rhabdomyolisis hence the hypocalcemia. Makes sense?
