  • This is for one of our Facebook group members on how to get a solid closed polysurface from a single surface inside MatrixGold. We will demonstrate a few different ways to accomplish this. We will also touch briefly on MatrixGold fillet surfaces command in the Surface Ribbon and in the solid Ribbon we will briefly talk about the Fillet Edge command. We will also explain a little about the differences between the two. Hope this will help the member of the Facebook group and others. Thanks for your time and support. Good Designing.
If you are just starting out in 3D printing, I would recommend going with one of these printers at a low cost and get familiar with the printing and adding supports and then maybe level up to a faster and higher priced printer. Keep your cost low to start until you become familiar with everything that 3D printing has to offer. Anycubic Printers and resins:

Thanks for the video, Don! What would be the best way to edit the size of the shape after you performed all those steps? Is there a way without returning to step one and starting over?

Great question! Yes, you have many commands that can change the shape. Move edge, Move surface. Really too many to list out. Sounds like a good idea for more content. Thanks for the idea, the support and the comment.
