I live very rural but I can relate to both of you so closely in this episode. I only drive to my parents and work. Even as a passenger, I panic. This started when I was pregnant with my daughter. I've always been afraid of parking, so I always parked in the most open spot in any parking lot and avoided parking garages like the plague. Glad to know I'm not the only one. Others look at me like I'm dumb.

Thank you so much for watching this episode and taking the time to share your thoughts & feelings over driving! So happy to hear that our sharing was relatable for you. We can relate to your experiences also! Know that you are most definitely not the only one circling the parking lot for the easiest spot. And you won't be finding us in most parking garages either! And that is okay - it doesn't make us dumb, incompetent, or less-than .... everyone has their own struggles and we need to remind ourselves that we excel in many areas that others don't! Wishing you all the best in your mental health journey...and out on the road! We got this! :)
