    We are building a new house and having CPI installed prior to,completion. Your video makes me feel so much more comfortable with what we’ll actually be seeing! Thanks for your video!!!

    CPI was the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE we’ve ever had. Terrible company - charged for equipment not installed, system was offline for > year and they wanted $2,000.00 to cancel the service?!

    Hey there
    CPI just stopped working interning and out isn't telling us. Does it need a battery?

    Are you still happy with CPI? Can we get a update video? We are thinking of getting them in our home.

      Yes! I have moved to a new house and have a newer updated CPI system and love it. No issues and very happy with the system and technology. In fact, the newer hardware (display touch screen) is even better than what I had shown in this video.

    Can the CPI support team / monitoring team also see your onsite cameras, including indoor? I don’t see much mentioned on privacy when searching.

    • @RandomEarthMedia
      @RandomEarthMedia  2 года назад

      Yes I believe so. But only when the alarm is triggered from what I understand. In their commercials it shows them viewing the indoor cameras when the alarm is set off.

      @@RandomEarthMedia Okay thanks for the info! I’m buying a new house and may take over the CPI contract but definitely don’t want anyone to have viewing capability of the indoor cam, even if alarm is set off so I may just take that cam down and leave the outdoor cams.

    You didn't mention if the doorbell camera integrates with your existing chime system?

    • @RandomEarthMedia
      @RandomEarthMedia  2 года назад

      Yes it actually does. There’s a setting in the app that allows your existing doorbell inside the house to also chime.

      rings 4 The batteries in my deadbolt lasted about 6 months. I didn’t find it difficult to replace them, though. Simple screwdriver was all I needed. Thanks for watching and your comment!

    Cost?

  • @obs4life228
    @obs4life228 2 месяца назад

    Once everything is paid for in full you have to continue paying 50$ a month or they take away your app sign on making all cameras completely useless
