Jin's whole body is so flexible. This includes his very high kick and being able to get up from a lying down position as shown in one Run BTS at the Hyundai showroom.
Jin is insane. I think he may be one of those people with hyper mobile joints :-) Jimin surely could do it too but he just didn´t know the technique or way round it. It is not that difficult unless you are "old" or have issues with join mobility.

I am a woman and I have wide shoulders too but I can do it very easily. I think it's because women are mostly flexible than men.............. it's not a fact it's just my opinion😃

Guys, don't be disappointed in the ones that couldn't do it. The exercise doesn't entirely rely on flexibility but more on DNA, like the fact that some people can touch their nose with their tongue and others can't.
