Aaaahhhh I really wanna live in Nuvali in two years' time. I ran there once earlier this month & I like it. It's near Makati & BGC pero it's spacious & province-feels talaga (which is very important for me because I lived in a province for 2 decades tas ngayon I live in a condo na super liit lang ng space). I can already imagine my possible business investments in this place. Great job for being soooo informative 🤍✨
Nuvali is extremely hot and humid compared to Tagaytay. Nuvali has good land use planning and open space. However most people buying lots are just speculaters and investors looking for flips or long term holds. Thus many subdivisions are just vacant lots with little new construction of homes. Nuvali has convenient shopping, though it is solely car dependent with excessive traffic on Santa Rosa Tagaytay Road. Condos don't make sense there because it's not like Makati, Taft, with MRT. In the future, years from now, maybe there is potential use there. However anywhere along the new CALAX corridor going to CAVITEX in Manila will appreciate the same. I personally believe Nuvali is so inflated and speced out, and there are so many better options with far lower initial price points, I would probably pass.
