Saskia and Jack were course coordinators on the Cambridge University programme, which aimed to bring offenders and people in higher education together to "study alongside each other". After the fire there was a Government enquiry looking into manslaughter and corporate manslaughter, misconduct in public office and breaches of fire safety regulations in relation to the fire. Im a 42 year old white guy from the south. This song makes me tear too bro. Nothing wrong with that. This live performance will go down as a top 10 live performance of all time.
Excellent reaction and analysis. I'm a white metalhead in England, honestly I don't generally enjoy rap. But there are exceptions and I can respect a talented artist and Dave is incredible. Some context for the parts in the last verse that may not have made sense. Maybe you got them all, maybe not, but some of your subs may not know them so hopefully this will help. "Now if you're not gonna get it then you're never gonna get it, how the news treats Kate versus how it treated Meghan" This is in reference to the wives of Princes Will and Harry. Kate Middleton (white) can do no wrong in the eyes of the British media whereas Meghan Markle (black, mixed-race, however you want to state it, not white enough for British media, it's awful) was and is criticised at every available opportunity. To the point that Harry and Meghan have withdrawn from public office and are really no longer affiliated with the royal family. Jack Merritt was a victim of the London bridge terror attack, he confronted the guy and sadly got killed. He was from an affluent background and yet was working in a program that was aimed at improving prisoner rehabilitation. A good guy doing good things. The Windrush generation: After world war 2 the UK was short on a labour force to help rebuild the country and economy. A lot of people from Carribean countries emigrated to the UK, were provided jobs and really helped revitalise and rebuild. I want to hasten to add this was voluntary, not like they were forced to come here or anything. They have lived here ever since, legally. However in 2018 many of them were detained and even deported, some who had been born here! This country owes those people and this is how they got treated, it sickens me. Grenfell Tower. This was a dark day in 2017. A fire broke out in a large Tower Block in a relatively poor area. A number of fuck-ups occurred one after the other and resulted in massive loss of life. It later transpired that there were safety concerns over the cladding on the outside of the tower. Those concerns were ignored. That cladding was the reason the place burnt as quickly and ferociously as it did. The government was responsible for this, whether local or national, it matters not, this should never have happened. Of those who survived, many STILL haven't been rehoused.
THAT POINT THO! I knew I missing something with that Megan and Kate line cz I didn't connect the two! But they definitely treat her differently! And that's so dope of those ppl to give ppl a chance! I loved this performance fr had me in my feels lol
@@ocj2267 Jack Merritt, from a very privileged background was also helping Dave and his family to sort out Dave's brothers prison sentence and the person that killed him on the tower bridge was someone Jack had tried to help. Jacks parents were guests of Dave in the audience not knowing of the extra verse to their son. Dave is black, beautiful, excellent and so needed in this era!. I am white and this brought me to tears, if anyone else out there is white and did not feel this in their souls then you need to question your thoughts on humanity!.
This is the best reaction and analysis to this video I’ve ever seen. I watched this live on TV when Dave performed it at The Brits - I’ve watched it hundreds of times since and I still can’t get through it without crying. If this impacts me - a white British woman - in this way, I can only imagine how it feels for my black counterparts. Just want to say, I am listening, learning and I’m standing with you. Solidarity from the UK dude❤️
The world needs artist like Dave. Not afraid to hold up a mirror to society. I would love to see him perform this at the Grammy's. Sadly I very much doubt they will have the balls to let him.
Dave makes me proud to be from south london he is from my area ❤ and we love him ❤ black is beautiful 💪🏽💃🏽 love when American review Black British.music ⚫ is crazy how black struggle is universal ❤
Your reaction has been truly touching. Santan Dave is one of my favourite artists and Black. is an amazing song. Sending so much love your way dude, beautiful vid.
Sitting here shedding tears with you. I'm mixed, Egyptian/German, looking hella white and experience only a very small fraction of the discrimination others have to endure on a daily basis. Dave managed to put all the emotions, frustrations and outright facts into words perfectly so that everyone hears it actually understands where he is coming from. Some might be too privileged, too uncomfortable or too blinded by racism to understand but the awareness is growing and allies are growing stronger. Thank you for this honest reaction and standing by it. This was extremely powerful!
American reactions to this makes my skin hurt from goosebumps- this whole album is incredible. I’ve heard this song so many times, but it gets the tears going every time. I’m so glad you got to see this. It is beautiful and so painfully true.
We are so lucky over here in the UK because right now there is some seriously talented artists doing their thing here, I know the states has them too but for the size of our island its amazing to have so many. Love your reactions. Peace out
@@ToneyReactions bro, everything from Dave is fire, even his flexing tracks (he doesn't flex much tbh, but even his tracks like "Funky Friday" which is a flexing track is dope. You also gotta do Avelino ft Dave - "Cassius clay" and even though Dave features on it, both Avelino and Dave bring fire to that track, make sure to check out the actual production version and not just the one with the lyrics on screen. Thank you man.
By far, my favourite reaction. By far. As a person from the U.K. Dave is a poet. A true artist in every sense of the word. Using his platform to speak from the heart. About the things that matter most. Tackling head on the issue of race. Inequality. And not giving a F who it offends.
Best reaction I’ve seen of Dave - Black. You really caught all the bars. I’d recommend reacting to (in this order); Akala - FITB pt1 Akala - FITB pt4 Dave - Psycho Wretch32 & Avelino - FITB Avelino ft Dave - Cassius Clay Dave - Lesley You won’t be disappointed!
Beautiful heartfelt reaction bro! Dave's growth (although he's still about that life at times in some of his music) its beautiful to see. And he's so young so its exciting to see where he'll go from here. Just fyi, the picture of the guy at the end was Jack Merrit. He and the lady pictured both worked in helping & rehabilitating prisoners even though they're white, upper class, highly educated etc. Jack actually helped Dave's brother & family when he got sentenced to 18 years but sadly Jack was killed last year in a terrorist attack
Nice reaction. We have quite a few outspoken MC's. I recommend Akala (his fire in the booths) and Lowkey (his studio stuff).....but they both do both. You'll love Akala's fire in the booths... He's a published author, an activist and lectures at universities. Pretty heavy.
definitely do Akala - Fire in the Booth 1-4 are amazing, especially 1 and 4, also his second Daily Duppy, and his singles Carried Away and Find No Enemy. Also, not rap but spoken word - check out Suli Breaks, he's got some amazing work
Love your reaction, loving, real, emotional. You just didn't know what you were in for. And don't worry, we all cried to this, we are all with you. This is probably the most powerful track of the 21st century lyrically and musically, and Dave's way of telling things has thought everyone a lot more then any history book would. You wouldn't believe but there were 300 complaints against this performance citing racism. Insane. They were all rejected by Ofcom. America is sleeping on Dave sadly, missing out on a 21st century Tupac. Thank you for showing your love and sharing this gem. We adore Dave.
@@ToneyReactions not gonna lie bro I only found you a couple hours ago just sat and watched a couple of your reaction videos to Dave, I’m a UK man so I’ve known about Dave from long time, this guy is one of best MC that has come out of the UK and when he does performances like this handsdown I’ve got so much time for the brother. when you hear his backstory and what he’s done with his talent he is an inspiration for the youth and a man like me and I’m almost twice his age, but again my brother thank you for your reaction video I’m a subscriber now to your channel and I’ll be following you for more stuff like this 👊🏽

Stormzy dropped a video for his song Superheroes yesterday which is different but you'd like the message. Also, last night was the Rated Awards (UK Rap Awards) and Kano, one of the forefathers of Grime music, had a powerful performance of his song Teardrops. I would say react to it but his rap style is a little fast and unconventional so sadly I don't think you'll understand most of it. Definitely check it out eventually though.
I am a white middle aged British woman. This is one of the best and most important songs ever written. They should play it in schools all over the world to educate children.
Just discovered your channel and subbed from this video - your reaction was awesome! Dave is beyond talented - I can’t watch this performance without crying - and I’m a 45 year old Scottish woman that was a hip hop head back in the 80’s/90’s - I’m so proud of all our young talent in the uk, but especially Dave, he’s special. Probs to his producer too (other guy on the piano) - Fraser T Clark has mentored and guided him through the last few years abs it’s been great to see. What was so amazing about this is that it was a live performance on a huge platform for the uk. The Brit awards are like the uk version of the grammy’s and for Dave to chose this track to play, was just epic! I’m sure others will have explained the last verse in the comments for any non-uk residents, it’s not part of the original track but was super powerful, especially at such a turbulent time! Sending love from Scotland! 🏴
One of the best reactions I'be seen to this, everything he said is very sadly true, but I love the fact that you understood that he is teaching, Dave is a national treasure, thank you for listening and really getting it.
Great reaction to one of the best performances ever, dave is a breath of fresh air in the corrent music world, you got yourself a new sub. lesley is another hard song to get through from dave, and question time is a more politcal song from him but his words are still accurate regardless of where you are from. shout out from the UK!
Great reaction. He is brilliantly speaking about our issues partic Grefell. HIs shout out to Jack Merrick was immense as he helped his brother and Jacks family were in the audience
Great reaction mate, some of my family are from Jamaica (of the Windrush Generation Dave mentions) - when I saw Benin and Togo (as well as mostly West African) in my DNA results I immediately thought of this and the “Slave Coast”
I subbed to you a couple of weeks back off of your snow reactions, but honestly stayed just for you and now watch almost every video. You are amazing. Thank you for this reaction. Dude easily the most powerful and poignant reaction I've seen to Dave black. The whole world should be made to watch your reaction to it. If they showed it in schools the world would be a better place without a doubt (somebodies already said it but check out akala. Man's a certified genius. Fire in the booth freestyle part 1 would be a good start)
Ah mate there's another group, I was part of. Those who didn't think to know. Grew up too comfortable, ignorantly thinking everything was alright. This performance woke me up, and I'm still reading based on a fire it lit in me. I had a very visceral reaction to this, tears and all, but as he basically said "we all struggle but your struggle ain't a struggle like me" I can't even begin to approach how this will feel to those who live this like you do. This really calls out all the subconscious racism that pervades. I used to think along the lines of Britain's the least racist country on the planet, we can be proud of that. Really shown a mirror on that one. Love the reaction man, it's important to see what this means to people.
Appreciate you! And a lot ppl think that way.. Like " I'm the least racist" but like Dave said "the least racist is still racist" ! And equality is alright but it doesn't deserve credit! Dave spoke to my heart on this song and I'm glad he touched yours as well! 💯💪🏽
I have no lived experience of this song as a white woman from Australia, but from the first lesson this track has hit my like a semi trailer. I’ve been wondering why watching people react to it moves me so deeply, and watching yours today as it appeared in my feed, I finally realised that it’s because watching people feel TRULY seen in such a deep and poetic way leaves a mark on the soul. As an ally this song inspires me to continue to be anti-racist, because it’s literally the least I can do.
Great reaction. Subscribed . Dave is a legend, he is a poet who speaks such pain and honesty that even as a white women I stop, listen and try to understand. I make my 4 yr old son listen to it as the next generation has to be better. Dave plays the piano and guitar . Watch his latest Brits performance… he learnt the guitar in 4 months for it!
I’ve watched 5 other reaction videos to this performance but yours was the most genuine, I could really feel your emotions. keep up the good work ✊🏾 love from Germany
Possibly the best, most honest reaction to this performance I’ve seen. Credit to you. Yet the UK government still denounce institutional racism, proven in the recent report on “Race and Ethnic disparities”. As a white, middle aged man it sickens me that this is even a debate or commission that needs to be proven. Maybe I have a slightly more informed view coming from a very integrated city (Leicester), we appreciate, adore and value all cultures that make our little piece of the UK special. Thank you bro.
Pure power from Dave, the bit at the end was about jack Merritt who helped with his bros rehab and died trying to rehabilitate a terrorist and save many in the process. Keep going man, your reactions are great. This tune by dave is a great powerful song. The released video for this is great aswell, check it out
Great reaction, I like that you managed to hear all the bars in most reactions people miss so much. Dave is speaking like pac did he needs to go global!
As a white guy in the UK this performance didn't change my politics per se (always leaned to the left) but it definitely opened my eyes and made me more aware of what's going on around me.
Thank you for this. ❤️ I'm white and I'm German, so obviously I will never be able to really understand the pain... But you would need a heart of stone for not being able to relate and be touched by this. Dave is wise beyond his years, and this song is a masterpiece. You might also enjoy his Panic Attack (live from Future Festival).
@@ToneyReactions Yes you will like Panic Attack (the live version) he did that performance few years before he did "Black" ...but he's also playing the piano in that too while rapping, now remember Dave blackbox freestyle when he said "because I'm prada boy now?, I'm piano boy now? I'm money boy now?" that shows he was trying to do what really pleased him yet ppl on the block would try taking the piss outta for him for trying to play the piano. In my eyes, anyone that can play the piano and rap alongside it, now that's pure talent! those two things are hard to get right together.

"Now if you're not gonna get it then you're never gonna get it, how the news treats Kate versus how it treated Meghan"
This is in reference to the wives of Princes Will and Harry.
My brudda for pointing this out. Give some nuance to the song for those that dont quite know
@@ocj2267 Jack Merritt, from a very privileged background was also helping Dave and his family to sort out Dave's brothers prison sentence and the person that killed him on the tower bridge was someone Jack had tried to help. Jacks parents were guests of Dave in the audience not knowing of the extra verse to their son. Dave is black, beautiful, excellent and so needed in this era!. I am white and this brought me to tears, if anyone else out there is white and did not feel this in their souls then you need to question your thoughts on humanity!.
thats what i was thinking while tlkn to my family about it!
Thankyou for filling this out for people who arent fro here x
Dave - panic attack live ❤️🇬🇧
This is the best reaction and analysis to this video I’ve ever seen. I watched this live on TV when Dave performed it at The Brits - I’ve watched it hundreds of times since and I still can’t get through it without crying. If this impacts me - a white British woman - in this way, I can only imagine how it feels for my black counterparts. Just want to say, I am listening, learning and I’m standing with you. Solidarity from the UK dude❤️
💪🏽💪🏽💯💯 Appreciate you Jess!! Need more like you in the world! Yeah this performance is one of the best I've ever seen...
Beautiful and genuine reaction to this legendary performance.
Thank you!
🐺💪🏽💯 love this!
Your reaction full on made me cry. I could FEEL the realness and the emotions through my screen. Huge love to you from the U.K. #BLM ❤️
Thank you! Appreciate that!!!
Really enjoyed your genuine reaction
Couldn't fake it like that if I tried
What an amazing reaction, I still get emotional watching this after many times, one of the best educational songs ever, Dave is a genius!
Thank you! And yeah he did he thing with this one!!
Even if the world doesn't recognise him as one, I'm telling you bro, Dave is lowkey already a legend no doubt!
Your reaction has been truly touching. Santan Dave is one of my favourite artists and Black. is an amazing song. Sending so much love your way dude, beautiful vid.
Thank you yeah he did his thing on this one!!
Appreciate you,!!!
American reactions to this makes my skin hurt from goosebumps- this whole album is incredible. I’ve heard this song so many times, but it gets the tears going every time. I’m so glad you got to see this. It is beautiful and so painfully true.
Appreciate that! Dave killed this
We are so lucky over here in the UK because right now there is some seriously talented artists doing their thing here, I know the states has them too but for the size of our island its amazing to have so many. Love your reactions. Peace out
Appreciate you!
I think you'd enjoy his song "question time" a lot. Really just listen to everything he's done, guy is a genius.
That's looking like the only scenario lmao
@@ToneyReactions bro, everything from Dave is fire, even his flexing tracks (he doesn't flex much tbh, but even his tracks like "Funky Friday" which is a flexing track is dope. You also gotta do Avelino ft Dave - "Cassius clay" and even though Dave features on it, both Avelino and Dave bring fire to that track, make sure to check out the actual production version and not just the one with the lyrics on screen. Thank you man.
Great review I keep watching Americans react to us lot Dave British Rap just to see the Reaction is priceless God bless
Dave my favorite over there!! I've reacted to many of his since this one!
By far, my favourite reaction. By far. As a person from the U.K. Dave is a poet. A true artist in every sense of the word. Using his platform to speak from the heart. About the things that matter most. Tackling head on the issue of race. Inequality. And not giving a F who it offends.
Thank you!!!
Best reaction I’ve seen of Dave - Black.
You really caught all the bars.
I’d recommend reacting to (in this order);
Akala - FITB pt1
Akala - FITB pt4
Dave - Psycho
Wretch32 & Avelino - FITB
Avelino ft Dave - Cassius Clay
Dave - Lesley
You won’t be disappointed!
thank you!! anddef checking out more!
Leslie is so under rated man
THE best brits performance I’ve ever seen, brilliant reaction too brought a tear to my eye
Great reaction . Dave dished out a long overdue lesson. Stay safe 🇬🇧
Thanks that was crazy to watch couldn't help but be emotional...Aw damn yeah see I didn't know about that story!
Best reaction. This should be trending worldwide. Since this performance in January 2020........🔥💫✨
Thank you! Dave pulled on my heart strings with this one
This is the greatest reaction to any video I've ever seen on RUclips! Big love from the uk
Appreciate that!! 🐺💪🏽💯
Nice reaction. We have quite a few outspoken MC's. I recommend Akala (his fire in the booths) and Lowkey (his studio stuff).....but they both do both. You'll love Akala's fire in the booths... He's a published author, an activist and lectures at universities. Pretty heavy.
💯💯💪🏽 Imma check them out
definitely do Akala - Fire in the Booth 1-4 are amazing, especially 1 and 4, also his second Daily Duppy, and his singles Carried Away and Find No Enemy.
We adore Dave.
yeaaa i loved this track
I love how you related "Loud in our laughter, silent in our suffering" to the Sports Player, it was really a fitting example.
Top reaction again 👍👍
💪🏽💪🏽🐺🐺
❤️ the official video to this song is beautiful and deffo worth a watch 🇬🇧
Imma watch it today!
Most powerful performance I have ever seen.
Frfr
The best reaction video I’ve seen to this .
Thank you!
@@ToneyReactions not gonna lie bro I only found you a couple hours ago just sat and watched a couple of your reaction videos to Dave, I’m a UK man so I’ve known about Dave from long time, this guy is one of best MC that has come out of the UK and when he does performances like this handsdown I’ve got so much time for the brother. when you hear his backstory and what he’s done with his talent he is an inspiration for the youth and a man like me and I’m almost twice his age, but again my brother thank you for your reaction video I’m a subscriber now to your channel and I’ll be following you for more stuff like this 👊🏽
@@rywon5287 appreciate that! I'm glad you loving the content! Got plenty UK rap on the channel for you! And yeah another b Dave songs I love was Psycho.. Lesley.. And now heart attack
@@ToneyReactions bro all sick songs the guy is to much
How can I forget about Purple Heart of psychodrama that is my best track on that album
He was good, crammed so much in, he's a diamond in UK , so glad this was the song of the Brit awards 💕...along with Stormzy
Im appreciate (and a fan) of your reactions. I took your reaction of ppl from different parts of the world being time from where we are from well. Being Salvadoran and PR, also losing our culture. Thank you for a great and honest opinion
💪🏽🐺💯 appreciate you!
My favourite reaction to this amazing and honest reaction! I don’t know how anyone could watch this and not be brought to tears
Appreciate you! 💯🐺💪🏽
Best reaction to this video I've seen.... Superb analysis and truth
Thank you! 💪🏽💯🐺
I love this reaction, Dave touched this brothers spirit... he touched ours too..
It was really dope to me
Such a passionate heartfelt reaction. I teared up with you x
thank you!
Appreciate you!! I have plenty Dave reactions!
great reaction .. tears in my eyes each time I watch this performance, so so powerful
He killed this!
Absolutely beautiful reaction. Subscribed!
Thank you! Yeah Dave pulled it out of me lol
One of the best reactions I'be seen to this, everything he said is very sadly true, but I love the fact that you understood that he is teaching, Dave is a national treasure, thank you for listening and really getting it.
Dave one of my favorites now I listen to psycho drama often
Great reaction to one of the best performances ever, dave is a breath of fresh air in the corrent music world, you got yourself a new sub. lesley is another hard song to get through from dave, and question time is a more politcal song from him but his words are still accurate regardless of where you are from.
shout out from the UK!
Appreciate you! Yeah imma definitely listen to more!
DAVE - FUNKY FRIDAY
DAVE - STRETHAM
DAVE - LOCATION
Great reaction. He is brilliantly speaking about our issues partic Grefell. HIs shout out to Jack Merrick was immense as he helped his brother and Jacks family were in the audience
Great reaction mate, some of my family are from Jamaica (of the Windrush Generation Dave mentions) - when I saw Benin and Togo (as well as mostly West African) in my DNA results I immediately thought of this and the “Slave Coast”
Appreciate you! 🐺💯🔥
Hands down one of the best reactions I’ve seen, you’re a real one.
Man I didn't expect that when I started listening ! It was amazing
You are not alone!Makes me emotional too. It hits deep😢
I subbed to you a couple of weeks back off of your snow reactions, but honestly stayed just for you and now watch almost every video. You are amazing.
Thank you for this reaction. I’m not done with the vid yet but can’t stop the tears. So much emotion, so much grief.
I’m so sorry for everything you and your people have to go through in this ill world...
I appreciate that!! Uk imma do more for snow! Cz I've heard she has music like this as well where she makes you think about the world.. But I'm glad my passion can draw you in!
That was a lovely comment. Thanks for being a good person and standing by us❤️
I LOVED your reaction; so emotional! Sending you Love from the UK. Subscribed 💜 -x-
Thank you! Yeah Dave pulled on heart strings with this one!
Absolutely loved this reaction. Dave is a different breed and needs to be protected at all costs. Ps question time is a great one too. Respect to you from Scotland
Well said!
Listen to this song 50 more times so the accent barrier doesn’t take away from the power from this message
A great reaction looking forward to more much love from the UK
clicked for the Brit Rap ... dropped a couple tears during your breather/break
Appreciate you!
Fucking loved this reaction bro much love
thank you! Dave the man!
Dude easily the most powerful and poignant reaction I've seen to Dave black. The whole world should be made to watch your reaction to it. If they showed it in schools the world would be a better place without a doubt
(somebodies already said it but check out akala. Man's a certified genius. Fire in the booth freestyle part 1 would be a good start)
Wow Scotty! I truly appreciate that! I just spoke from the heart! That's what Dave pulled out of me...I had to pause almost literally every bar
You should do Dave - Black , the actual music video aswell
This is what the world needs loved this reaction man keep doing your thing god bless
This and then more of this!! 💯 Appreciate you!
Wow boi! Loved the reaction. respect from the UK bro!
Thanks bro! 💪🏽💯🐺 He was speaking to me
Everybody should watch this, great reaction.
Them you! 💪🏽💯
Incredible reaction
Great reaction. Subscribed . Dave is a legend, he is a poet who speaks such pain and honesty that even as a white women I stop, listen and try to understand. I make my 4 yr old son listen to it as the next generation has to be better. Dave plays the piano and guitar . Watch his latest Brits performance… he learnt the guitar in 4 months for it!
had me in tears to brother god bless
Appreciate you!
Dude... Kaepernick, perfect example!👌🏾
Right!? That's how they did him bro
I’ve watched 5 other reaction videos to this performance but yours was the most genuine, I could really feel your emotions. keep up the good work ✊🏾 love from Germany
Damn appreciate that!! Love that y'all can sense the pain.. That means it can reach you and possibly others!
Damn thanks bro! This song should be way more known than it is
Beautiful song 💕
One of the best and most honest reactions I have seen on RUclips. I have seen A LOT of reactions BTW.
Appreciate you!!!
You are doing his music in the perfect order. Now do some of his Psychodrama album. The whole album is a masterpiece.
Great reaction mate.
Man he delivered big time with this one!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Reaction My G. Can't lie, this has my eyes sweating every time 😎♥️💛💚✊🏿🇯🇲
Lol right eyes wear sweating like hell
Great reaction brother respect from Scotland
Pure power from Dave, the bit at the end was about jack Merritt who helped with his bros rehab and died trying to rehabilitate a terrorist and save many in the process. Keep going man, your reactions are great. This tune by dave is a great powerful song. The released video for this is great aswell, check it out
thank you! appreciate that!
Great reaction, I like that you managed to hear all the bars in most reactions people miss so much.
Dave is speaking like pac did he needs to go global!
Best reaction I’ve seen, well done! Subscribed off the back of this, keep it up bro! React to Cadet - closure, you’ll like that too
Thanks 💯💯 Dave pulled that reaction outta me
1 me too I subbed after this! Genuine reaction 👍🏽
Me three
The best reaction on YT.
Say it louder for the homies in the back! 🐺💯💪🏽
This is the best reaction to this performance
Appreciate you bro!
@@ToneyReactions always bro 😀
As a white guy in the UK this performance didn't change my politics per se (always leaned to the left) but it definitely opened my eyes and made me more aware of what's going on around me.
as long as it makes you FEEL something its done its job! 🐺💯
Thank you for this. ❤️
I'm white and I'm German, so obviously I will never be able to really understand the pain... But you would need a heart of stone for not being able to relate and be touched by this.
Dave is wise beyond his years, and this song is a masterpiece.
You might also enjoy his Panic Attack (live from Future Festival).
Thank you!! This one took me by surprise! And imma check it out!
@@ToneyReactions Yes you will like Panic Attack (the live version)
he did that performance few years before he did "Black" ...but he's also playing the piano in that too while rapping, now remember Dave blackbox freestyle when he said "because I'm prada boy now?, I'm piano boy now? I'm money boy now?" that shows he was trying to do what really pleased him yet ppl on the block would try taking the piss outta for him for trying to play the piano. In my eyes, anyone that can play the piano and rap alongside it, now that's pure talent! those two things are hard to get right together.
@@haid3r88 damn I remember that bar!
Had to subscribe after your beautiful heart felt reaction. Such a powerful song. Lots of love from England
Thank you! Appreciate it!
