Would you recommend the attack set? It seems to me like he's lacking attack rather than more electro damage bonus. Plus when you quickswap off him his buffs disappear from what I know so don't know if that plays into it

The ATK set it really close from being as good as the Electro set so it can be depending on what you prefer. Although, with the ATK you can't quick swap or you'll lose the buff
