I went to Smoky Mountain Brewery a few years ago. I ordered a small pizza. Was not the kind of pizza I ordered. I waitress was very apologetic and offered to bring me what I ordered. The pizza was good but not what I ordered. I told her no as I had already ate half of what I ordered. She sent the manager out who also apologized a took the pizza off my bill. He also offered me a complimentary piece a key lime pie. I will never forget this, thanked the waitress and left a very generous tip. I will be back because they went above and beyond.

I called you a couple days ago. I have a good buddy up here in Kentucky, that is franchising his resturant out, and I really want you all to come up, and try his food. It's that good, and I've told him this would be a smash in the Smokies. Seriously give me a call, when ya get some free time. On this review, I've never eaten at this one, but one of my good freinds was a bartender here for years. Ever since she's been gone, she's kind of heard the same thing about it. I will say I've eaten at the one in Gatlinburg three times, and I liked it, but I pretty much stuck to getting the pizza.

We went to smoky mountain brewery 16 years ago in Gatlinburg. The service was so bad we never went back. 16 years ago. No plans to go back. So many places that are good we don’t need to go back there.
It's definitely not good. Spend your money somewhere else.
We always eat at the Gatlinburg location. My favorite is the T-rex pizza

Been there once and the food wasn't great. The Gatlinburg one we ate at multiple times has always been good. Can't beat the beer flight deal.
