Couple weeks ago i rode my Lil 07 sportster from coalton,WV to the tail of the dragon and back. Lil over 1200 mile trip. Did multiple passes on the tail and then the skyway. Was a great time.

headed that way in a couple weeks, can't wait. I haven't done the Dragon since the 90's. My wife wants to make the run so she can say she did it and get the Tshirt.
Just rode blue ridge parkway last weekend, best ride of my life. nobody was on the road!
I never get tired of hearing the purr/roar of Godzilla really awesome clip love to go there someday.
Next time you guys are over there , I 10/10 recommend doing the Devil’s Triangle and stoping at brushy mountain state penitentiary!

Hi 👋, Blockhead , I was watching a guy a few months ago, He was driving a Porsche, and he got taken out by somebody in a pick up truck come in the other direction, Please pick up truck drove straight across in front of him. I nearly went off the side of the mountain from what I can, Thank you for sharing. It looks amazing. I have ridden my DEUCE over the Alps and the Pyrenees, and across some very scary parts of Portugal, first gear bends 180 at least doubling back on yourself, sometimes going uphill and sometimes going down adverse camber,
The food looked good , I did notice that it was a bit windy in some regions, 😂 , Ride Safe guys, I look 👀 forward to seeing your next part of your trip, Phil from the moulin France.

I was just wondering if anyone who rode the Dragon could compare it to the Alps in Europe. Everyone gets so excited because the dragon is twisty… I bet they would freak out at what the French alps had to offer.
Just got home from there yesterday 08/25. Rode the dragon, Devil’s Triangle, moonshiner, rattler, went over to chimney rock and the waterfall loop. Great times
That's s great ride I did it for the first time last weekend and I absolutely loved it.
Kick ass trip. I definitely need to get my MT-09SP up to the dragon.
We were there and rode the dragon July 15 for the first time it was great ride. Hopefully going back in October to ride few more roads up that way. Enjoy the videos and the content.
I was just there 2 weeks ago. I just looked back on my pic of the sign and saw your sticker. Rode Foothills Parkway, The Dragon, and Cherohala Skyway. What a beautiful day of riding!

This is awesome! We were just in Pigeon Forge for last month on family vacay. Cabin was actually like 2 miles from The Tennessee Moonshine Co.
Love Bryson City, Maggie Valley, and Brevard. Finally going to take the glide up there, trailing, along with the mountain bike this fall. Nothing like road trips with good friends! Met Eric and Greg at Dirty Harry's back in March, both were super cool!

Not to change the subject but I was in Key West on 8/15 and your blockhead sticker was still on the RT1 mile 0 sign. Be safe on the dragon.
I LOVE IT!! Did you do the foothills parkway and cherohalla skyway? I try to go every year. Great riding and beautiful scenery.
When your back up this way. May I suggest going to Chimney rock? Scenic route that alot of motorcycles like to ride on. It's in NC.
If my $300 ebay black bags are still looking great and %100 functional after 3 years, those will most likely be just fine. Can't chip the paint off plastic!

Hey you are correct about 1 thing, all that you do up there is ride, I was just up there 3 weeks ago & put 1300 miles on my ultra in 7 days, maybe I’ll see you up there next year, next time try the “cherrahalla skyway”, yea I spelled that wrong, runs from Tellico plains to, to Robbinsville nc, highly recommend lunch at the topaco lodge

Cherohala was the best, when I was there in 17 the road was brand new
This is the part where I would normally suggest riding Cherohala Parkway but...the road was washed out.
I’ve been to that Tennessee Moonshine place and they offer tastings, also if you guys go back that diner next door that looks like a barn is awesome!

my first ride there was in 1965,,,never had a problem, never fell, never raced. Didnt go every year for sure, but many trips and seen allll sorts of idiots riding over their heads and lotsa fun crashes. So, do as you like, and entertain me,,,,,,

As a Western North Carolina native, the dragon is overrated. You want some good fun ride the parkway from ox creek to peaks of otter. Just take gas.
We def had more fun on other roads, but had to do the Dragon while there at least 😅
