      Also we do have some videos of smokers running operating temps on our channel already. Once all the rain stops here I will do some videos of pits fired up in testing.

    Sold my Lang and am so glad I did. Reverse flow was horrible, in my opinion. On the plus side, reverse flow cooks really fast and cuts down on your time. But I'll never own another reverse flow.

      You are welcome to order from us a traditional flow or reverse flow. Most people want reverse flow. I sell way more reverse flow than traditional and get very good feedback. But we build them differently than Lang.
