Love your videos and the history of the cameras. Not many people realize the hard work and love that goes into fixing them. It's not just using paperclips to replace parts.
Another greatly informative video! I look forward to seeing the images you make. I have a Zorki 1(E), similar to a Leica II, and find it a pleasure to use. Pocketable yet fully-featured.
I saw one of these in the museum for applied technology in Cologne. I didn't realize there were actually still people shooting them. I figured they'd all be museum pieces.
I have been curious about picking up a 3f for awhile now mainly to utilize some of my LTM lenses and have a very pocketable camera. However, since I had gotten a Mamiya SIX, and now I own four foldable 120 camera, my 135 cameras barely leave the shelves! Nice SMP300 by the way!
Hello, i love your channel and all of your videos, especially the tutorials on maintaining and restoring cameras. May i ask which product you use when cleaning lenses surfaces with cotton swabs? Thank you so much.
what's the difference between Leica IIIC Vintage Camera w/ Ernst Leitz Wetzlar Summaron and Leica M3 DS - Double Stroke - M Mount, what do u think is best to buy?
I have a Konica 1 with a similar lens system. when you push the lens in flush, is it supposed to be snug? Mine is loose and it slides until i pull it out and lock it.
1:06 I like how he says in the headline that this is "the world's first 35mm camera" and then immediately has to back up and say, well, no, it wasn't EXACTLY the world's first 35mm camera (because it wasn't)...

I use Fujifilm lens cleaning fluid, the type with detergent, not alcohol.
