This is a WORLD CLASS Pizzaoven! I have sold hundreds of them and every client is over exited abouth the quality and performace from this beast of a pizzaoven!
I've been looking at this oven for a while and really like it. Great to see you reviewing it so positively. It would be ideal for me all year round living in Ireland 🌦🌧🌨❄☃️⛈🌤
Things I've learned in quarantine: 1.) RUclips is the best way to learn 2.) There are great teachers and chefs online 3.) Most recipes are vague "Add 4 cups of flour" "Make a tomato sauce" 4.) You can't skimp on quality ingredients 5.) To perfect a dish you need to go to a person that specializes in it. 6.) Practice Thanks Vito
Excellent oven. I got one from the factory in Padova. Added the biscotto and a steel inner window too. Superb investment and only around €400 if I recall correctly. Worth every penny!
Vito I invite you to Poland to my home. We will feed you with Polish food and you will make us an Italian pizza: P We will exchange our beautiful cultures.
Thank you so much mr Vito! I am still a kid but I made this pizza 🍕 and this was the best pizza I ever made in life! It turned out amazing, full of air and nice and crunchy! I think I’m going to use your recipe when I make it again! Thank you so much and good luck 🍀 with your amazing channel!! And I like the Neapolitan pizza better than the focaccia but both of them look soo good! Thank you again:)
Unbelievable Vito! I'm so happy I discovered your channel, moved from New York City to Florida so I'm having to make my own pizza, I'm learning so much here. Grazie!!!
Great Video Vito 👍👍. That pizza looked amazing and the focaccia. Wow. That's an excellent oven Vito. Show a video with the thin stone. I would like to see the difference between the 2 stones. Napolitana style and Barrie style. Again keep up the great work.🍕👍🍕👍🍕👍🍕👍
Thinking of purchasing one but need advice should i buy 2 compartment or single one? if there will be any difference in the quality of pizza if cooked two at a time?
Vito, that big bowl of flour you drop the dough ball in, is that semolina, and which #, like #1 or #3 (coarse?) And why are all the Italians saying 00 is the cheap way--you should use 0 or 1, or a mix with 00 & 1?
Really Nice oven. I would definitely buy it, but I already have pizzamaster Owen from sweden. 🙂. This italian looks really better and higher temperature than my which is 350C max. .
You won’t regret it, I’ve had mine nearly a year now, as you get better, it gets better, make sure you get the 500c version, and the biscotto, you can burn stuff on the stone and it just turns to white ash, after you brush it off, it looks like new again.
I bought this oven, I think is a new version of it I guess it was improved.. I didn't found any instructions for Neapolitan pizza, I tried to make but I've burned the bottom. I used 509 for top and 370 for bottom.. Next time I will try as you said @Vito Iacopelli 470 on top and 420 on the bottom.. I think the top resistor if very close to the clay stone and influence the temperature of it so I will reduce the top..
Bought the Effeuno the other day..Pizza all year round no matter the weather.😀🍕 I also have the Ooni Koda 16 which will get back to action once we get nicer weather in the UK.
thanks Vito that was just the review I needed, I had the Ooni 16. But its a big oven to have in the kitchen, I know its for outdoor. But we used it indoor, but the Effeuno is a better suit for us. Cause we can integrate it better in our kitchen. thanks for all the videos
Love your videos! How hot does the exterior of the oven get? Would it be possible to measure the top temperature. I just ordered the ph134h 509 and would like to know how much space to allow for the heat. Grazie Mille!
Hi how are you . I am just planning to purchase this counter top pizza oven . Am located in the USA , New York; where we use 120V electric power . I was wondering if there is any of this oven available and suitable to buy and use for that voltage level . Thanks , can’t wait to hear back from you !
Hi Vito, love your channel, I've learned a lot from you about pizza making! Any chance you could make a video with popular Pizza Express / G3 Ferrari home ovens?
Is this oven good for baking bread as well - for that you need HA version I guess? Also, is 500grad a must have, or is 450grad OK as well (for pizza and bread)?
Superb chef thank you for sharing your expertise👌I don’t really have the space for the EffeUno P134h, could I buy a Biscotto stone for my oven and get almost as good results? Please keep up the good work👏
Hi Vito, this looks amazing! I just bought this oven and I am going to cook my first napoletana verace soon. You mentioned you set the temperature to 430 (bottom) and 470 (top). However, I can see the lights of the thermostats were still on when the pizza went it. Did you adjust them to have the resistances on before cooking the pizza? Thanks once again for this video!
u think was better the pizza or the focaccia?
I will be there !

Ciao Vito, what type of flour do you use for a focaccia??
What’s your peel size? (12’ or 14’ for effeuno?)🤔
Thanx

Pummm... Bravissimo
Does the electrical work at a home? 110v. And does this company ship to US?
Hello just wonder how many gram per dough do you normally use for a 10 inch pizza thanks
Love your videos! How hot does the exterior of the oven get? Would it be possible to measure the top temperature. I just ordered the ph134h 509 and would like to know how much space to allow for the heat. Grazie Mille!
Chef did you use the same dough ingredients?
Vito, how did you order that oven. Their website says they don't ship to America..? Thanks..

Hi how are you .

I wish I am your neighbor so you'll invite me to taste test all those delicious pizzas.....I love your channel as I just recently came across
Outstanding Maestro Vito!
PLEASE make more
Videos using this oven!!!
This is amazing!!!
Plugging this thing in and setting it to full power would probably melt all the fuses in my crappy old-ass building LOL
No worries it's only 2,8kW
@@ex3v a constant 2,8kW is equal to charging an EV at home though 😂
@@Nebuli93 it's constant ony during heating up. After it heats up, it just turn on only when reheating is needed. So should be fine for most homes.
My electric oven goes to 260°c instead of 420°c and eats up 3.6kwH
Really it's a good oven , Nice results
Can I make the dough with whole wheat flour??????
Thank u so mush , your channel is the best ♥️
Wow amazing oven
Is it possible to bake bread with this oven? and to swath during bake (create water steam inside the oven)?
Absolute grand
Vito, hi. If i use aluminium screen for pizza what the temperature shoud be set by top and bottom, that to achieve such great result?)
Another great review by Vito
Thanks for your tips its my pleasure see you
The Effeuno is very popular here in Germany! I‘m thinking also about buying one🥰
Hi Vito, love your channel, I've learned a lot from you about pizza making! Any chance you could make a video with popular Pizza Express / G3 Ferrari home ovens?
What the best pizza stones ? I bought one but it not hot enough to get the pizza browne and crunchy
Hey Vito did u use the same dough balls of the pizza to make the focaccia??
Vito is the best
Thank you for this!
What's the dough receipt plz?
Mama miaaa wouhouuuuu
What model is this oven? And what is the best electric oven you have used? I am looking to get one for my brewery
They don't sell or ship many of their items in the USA.
"The Best Pizza Channel" Vito
Mouthwatering n Craving 😋💕
Looking forward to all your recipes with this hit baby :)!
Perfekte...
Is this oven good for baking bread as well - for that you need HA version I guess? Also, is 500grad a must have, or is 450grad OK as well (for pizza and bread)?
Is this oven worth buying
Vito, you prefer this better then ooni?
You are very lovely person thank you and keep going, much love
The sauce is starting to burn before the crust is done. Is that an indication that the top or bottom temps are too high or low?
Superb chef thank you for sharing your expertise👌I don’t really have the space for the EffeUno P134h, could I buy a Biscotto stone for my oven and get almost as good results? Please keep up the good work👏
Did you use Oil and honey on the dough? Hydration?
Nobody:
That olive at 0:12 : 🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂
So how long did it take to make the actual pizza?
Was wondering if it would keep up for an event of 15-20 pizzas or do you need to heat it up after a couple pizzas
How is the oven after 6 months?
How much does it cost.
