(I'm sorry that this is probably my longest comment ever, but too much happened in that episode and this video! LOL!) I loved the behind the scenes! It really shows you how you can go from calm to emotional in a matter of hours with Shonda Rhimes!! That was hilarious when your cat scared you! Tiffany!! You were drinking that drink like Olivia Pope drinking wine!! LOL! Huck is going to get Andrew so bad and I'm going to enjoy every last minute of it! Haha! Huckleberry Quinn gonna handle that! LOL! Ok! I do have to admit that every since they found out she was getting stalked, I was thinking that she was gonna get kidnapped in the finale!! I'm so serious when I say that! I actually thought that was gonna happen weeks ago! Mama Pope!!! She does look better than last season! Liv had me laughing when she told her what she was in for! Give Kerry Washington her Emmy!! We don't even have to wait until next year just give it to her now!!! And if someone says "What about Viola Davis?", I'm going to be like "And your point is?!" Javi's mom is not responsible at all!!!!! How do you not know that your son is at home in his room?! Was she sleep or something when that happened?! Huck was watching him more than she has this whole season! Cyrus! Tenaea! That was hilarious when you said his hair got darker every episode!! LOL! When Cyrus claims himself to be a friend, he is just a flip flopper like Cynthia on RHOA!! Now Tiffany that was hilarious when you said that you will help Cyrus pack up his stuff for resignation! LOL! The faces Ethan made when he saw those pics was funny!! When Cyrus said that he didn't want to marry him, I was like "I know he loves him somewhere in his heart because if he didn't, why did he feel so hurt by the truth?! And why didn't he call Charlie weeks ago?!" Now when Jake almost got shot, I was so confused as to what just happened, but I knew it had to be Papa Pope responsible for that! When Jake rolled on that ground, I was like "Dang Jake!!! Alright gotta admit that was clean!!" LOL! Oh I started crying from laughter when Tenaea pulled money out of her bra without knowing it was there!!!!!! LOL! I don't miss Charlie one bit!! Everytime he comes back, he goes after Quinn and I don't like that!!! Quinn got them curves!!!!!!! I was hoping Quinn wouldn't have kissed him in the car, but she did it anyway!! Now when she came back and asked if she was late, I was like "(sarcastic)Naw you not late! They just sitting around getting to know more about each other!" That Liv and Jake gun scene had me so worried!!! I did not want her to turn around and kiss him! Tiffany!! That was hilarious how you started twirling your hair and changing your voice!! When Jake started talking about the sun to Liv, I was like "If you want to go so bad, you can go alone!" Now when Liv said, "The sun went down and it's not coming back," I LOST IT!!!!! I started clapping and jumping up and down!!!!! LOL!! Tiffany! When you said that you put up a vine, I was like "Lemme me go look up her Twitter and find this vine! That line was too good not to miss her reaction!!!!" LOL! Vermont can't go down!!! LOL!! Tiffany! When you started dancing, that was hilarious!!! Now when you said "Deuces sun!!!" that was HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!! When Cyrus went in to turn in his resignation letter, I was like "Cyrus is on Team Too Much!!" He was practicing that line and everything! Like no!!!! Ohhhhhhhhhh that David Rosen asking Abby questions scene!!! When Abby said at his house, I was like Fat Amy from the movie Pitch Perfect "Whoop there it is!!" LOL! I didn't even know they really hooked up!! When Quinn found that kill card, I was like "See this is why you don't hook up with Charlie again!" Now that fight scene was good!! I was cheering on Quinn like I was there watching it! LOL! I was a little worried too about her safety, but Quinn beat the mess out of him (CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP to you Quinn!!!!)! Now Jake is also on Team Too Much!!!! When he went in to that apartment looking for Papa Pope, I was like "Ok Jake! Keep on doing that while we get Olitz!" LOL! When they showed Jake walking into that empty apartment, I automatically knew that Papa Pope was at Liv's apartment!!! When Papa Pope, placed that gun on the table, I knew that gun was empty!!!!! When she pulled the trigger, it was hilarious when he zapped out on her!!!!! LOL!!! Give Joe his Emmy! LOL!! I was also like "UM LIV!! Don't you have another gun in your purse from Jake?!" Liv visiting Mama Pope!! When Liv started crying and Mama Pope said "Cry me a river!" that was HILARIOUS to me!!! Now when Mama Pope said, "Look around boo!!!", I lost it!!!! That was too hilarious!!! That speech to Cyrus Liv gave!!!!!!! I'm going to say it again!! Give Kerry Washington her Emmy!!!!! Viola Davis who?! When Liv said "B.... baby!!!", I was like "YYYEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!" She went off!!!!! Tiffany!! When Tenaea asked you if you was speaking in tongues, that was HILARIOUS!!! I thought that Ethan might have been gay!! When Liv saw Cyrus, Fitz, and Abby having a toast, I was like "Yup!! She ready for Deskgate number two!!!" LOL! Who is Charlotte??????!!!!!!! Where is Lauren!!!!!!!!!! I stopped looking at Liv when Charlotte walked in!!! Ooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh when Mellie found out that Andrew was with Lizzybear!!! When Mellie said that the only thing they have in common is the chance of an STD, I lost it!!! (Claps for you Mellie!) That was hilarious!!! When Quinn walked in with his finger, I was so disgusted!!! Quinn was piecing that together so fast!!! I don't like Liv acting like a girlfriend to Jake!!! Now when they started dancing, that was good, but I feel like she would have enjoyed in more with Fitz and then did it on the piano!!!!! When Liv said that she wanted Vermont with Fitz, I started rejoicing!!!!! LOL!! But when she said that she also wanted the sun, my face went down so fast!!! I'm glad that she chose herself tho!! I'm also sooooooooo glad that they didn't do it on the piano!!! When Liv was gone when Jake came back, I was like "I KNEW THAT WAS GONNA HAPPEN!!!!" When Andrew revealed his plan to Fitz, I was like "OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH ANDREW!!!!! YOU BOUT TO END UP LIKE JAKE GETTING BEAT THE MESS OUT OF!!!!!!!" Fitz don't play about Olivia Pope!! He gonna beat the mess out of him, THEN call Huck and Quinn to finish him like Beyonce told Nicki on that Flawless Remix!! LOL! Tenaea!! That was hilarious when you shook Tiffany like Fitz did Andrew!! LOL! Hate Person- Andrew, Lizzybear Love Person- Everybody else! Awwwwwwww Tiffany look at you about to cry!! Countdown to Scandal returns!! Tenaea!!!! When Tenaea said that you think that you Papa Pope trying to laugh and cry!!! I LOST IT!!!!! That was too hilarious!!!!!! I have no idea where Liv is at!!! She could be in that hotel room Lizzybear has!! Great video!!!!

Hey ladies, yes this episode was truly a Shonda classic, as always she did deliver. But think about this, yes I was shocked when it happened but think back at other episodes when they would show window shots of Liv every time they did that I felt it was for a reason and now we know. Someone was watching her.
Y'all are crazy! Just found your videos and literally watched like 3 of them back to back...except for the cussin (cause I don't care for that) y'all are funny as hell! Lol...when you guys imitated how Fitz grabbed Andrew, I fell out! Glad to see your passion for the show, there are so many people who are salty about the direction but truth is, everyone of us if given the opportunity would do with this show exactly what Shonda is doing and that is, just what she feel like doing. It's her show! So until we stand in her shoes, I say we just sit back and enjoy the ride. You're right, there is no show like Scandal even with all the mess that is going on! Thanks for the reviews!

***** The sun went down a long time ago and it ain't coming back up was my line too but when she contradicted herself at the end saying I want Vermont with Fitz and I want the sun with you Jake, I was angry. Jake and Fitz are not in the same league at all. Not at all!!! That's why I was glad she was taken out so she could have some time to clear her head. to do what's best for her
Hello Ladies, would you believe I’ve just had a chance to look at the Scandals Winter finale last night? Due to my work travel and my alumni annual football game (FAMU vs. Bethune), which was held in Orlando this past weekend, unfortunately Scandal got put on hold until now. I would like to say that this episode was worth all the wait. Wow! Once again, there was a scene that stood out to me and spoke volumes. It was the scene between Mellie and Lizzy Bear. The way Mellie kept her cool when addressing or should I say confronting Lizzy Bear in regards to Andrew. The line that got me or should I say monolog that Mellie delivered was outstanding. Mellie came from around her desk looking fabulous in her red dress and stated, “I don’t blame you, I know as well as the next gal on how generously Andrew is dedicated; especially in bed. He’s weak and certainly not a Presidential contender. So when the next election rolls around, I’ll make damn sure I pick the right horse, because when it comes to screwing someone, I’m not nearly as gentle as Andrew.” Ladies, Ms. Mellie signed, sealed and delivered those lines to perfection. I wonder how many women wished they could stay so composed when addressing your lover’s other woman. Once again, Mellie found out that she’s sharing her man with another woman. I starting to believe Mellie is truly, a woman unlucky in love. She marries or cheats with these men, that either “love” another woman (Fitz) or just uses her, Mellie for their political gain. Also, in Mellie’s dialogue I got a feeling that Mellie may run for President after Fitz is out of office.
Although I’m disappointed in Andrew’s behavior, I do believe that he once loved Mellie. The question is, when did he heart turn so bitter towards her and decided to use for his political gain? Or a better question is, is Andrew really using Mellie? Is Andrew still upset that Olivia forced him to leave Mellie alone in Season 3; a favor or fix that she Olivia did for Fitz. And he Andrew, took to heart the words that Olivia said in regards to Mellie will always choose “Power” over “Love”. I think there is more to this story ladies and hope that Shonda flushes it out before Andrew is killed off or prisoned. Well, Olivia is missing and Poppa Pope foretelling is coming to light. The flood has begun, and he isn’t around anymore. One can imagine if Poppa Pope were still in command, would he have foiled Andrew’s plan on kidnapping Olivia.
Well Ladies, the saddest thing about the whole winter thing is that I’m going to miss your Scandal recap videos. You are definitely my favorites “Recap-ers” and my Thursday’s have just gotten little lonely (well I still have my husband) until January 2015. Ladies stay safe doing these hectic holidays and if God welling, I’ll see you both in 2015.

Before I forget I want to say if you listen closely in the scene where Jake goes to get the pillow and blanket, you actually hear Liv scream, its a muffled scream but you hear her scream Go listen and let me know if yall hear it. This episode was everything!!!! Yall are hilarious, I know I say that every time. I was shocked that Liv pulled the trigger, I knew the moment Papa Pope sat the gun down, what was going to happen next. I knew he was testing Liv... I can't believe she fell for that. IDC how that scene ended Papa Pope is never going to leave Liv alone, He is always going to be around the corner. Joe Morton needs all the Emmys in the world, He is the best. Mama Pope be having me dying, Liv got two crazy azz parents.KW deserves an Emmy this year, She played so many parts in this episode, Her acting has evolved so much... How can they not see this. She deserves an Emmy. Love person is OP and Hate person is Andrew.

#2-I am SO proud of Mellie. I have been so annoyed by her this whole season, but when she told Lizzy Bear "when I screw you it will hurt" I STOOD UP & cheered!

#5-I really liked the little exchange with Quinn & Charlie. I thought it was sweet when they were sitting there talking, after they beat the shit out of each other, talking about Nanny Fran. (Or whatever the Granny's name was.) That made me smile. :)
#6-I still hate Mama Pope.
#7-I still hate Papa Pope.
#8-I was surprised we didn't get a reaction from Lizzy Bear about Cy/Michael's "engagement". Maybe she's just over it, because she already got what she wanted?! I'm confused.
#9-I loved it when Olivia told Jake that she chose herself. You Go Liv! (Still Team Olake & I WANTED that sex on the piano scene, but I knew something bad was going down.)
#10-Uncle Andrew, you will NEVER talk to POTUS like that! Who do you think you are?!
I just dont get olake shippers. The writers had to shove this olake pairing so much down in our throats this season, that was the only way to make it more believable, since olitz have much more chemistry.
SR really mus like SF, because why did they try so much to put olake on the same level as olitz, I dont think you can do that in just 8 episode, Olitz have much more history together and know each other much longer, I just dont buy this shi*T.
I dont have really big hopes for the show and the writing team, but olitz should be the endgame, you cannot pull of this big storyline about them in the first two seasons and then just crush it.

I love the opening to your review. How you both was like silent and Tiffany taking a swig of something strong. I hope that was Scotch. Now, use cross dissolve for your transitions at 1.0 sec. You can't just jump into it yo! Do fade from white at 2.0 sec for opening scenes.

The best scene was Olivia and Papa Pope. That scene was intense. I didn't really get the Mama Pope scene though. I am going to need clarification on that.

@ Liv and Papa Pope Scene - STANDING FREAKING OVATION. My heart broke for Papa Pope. I was done. I have hated Papa Pope since the beginning - UNTIL this scene. I was just thinking how this will test both Jake and Fitz loyalty to Olivia will Fitz actually go to war for the love of his life? Remember she left he him when he needed her the most and as for Jake from State Farm will go in search for her so they can return to the sun also have anyone ever thought that her father may be behind this to show Liv how ppl really are? Or to teach Liv a lesson?

I am so over Olake - that dance scene irritated me. They don't even have the chemistry to dance together. Put him with Mellie - oops forgot Fitz doesn't want Mellie so she is not a trophy for Jake to win from Fitz but Jake and Mellie deserve each other because all they want is power. Fitz and Liv weren't even in the same room together for the finale - so devastated. Stop taunting us with Olake please. Olitz all the way. We need to visit Vermont again so Fitz can know there is really hope. And Liv can remember what she is missing

And so much Jake, SR and the writers must have a hughe crush on SF, and they had to throw in another love scene with jake, its like they want him to have more sex scenes than olitz.
So, let me get this straight, she “chooses herself,” but wanted to have sex with Joke on a piano after she’s made that choice and then gets kidnapped instead? wow... meh
and not really excited for the second part of the season, Fitz has to work with jake probably or it will be even worse, Fitz as the president cannot go out there and search for her. Jake is probably going out on his own and save her or whatever and she will love him forever ew... the writing is so predictable.
And I am shocked that you actually liked that epiosde, it had Jake all over it and I am getting sick of all those Olake comments in all reviews about the show. Olitz is over, the writers will push olake further and further.
