A small tip for inserting threaded inserts with a soldering iron: leave them a millimeter proud of the surface and quickly press them in against a flat metal surface while still hot. This ensures that they are flush with and perpendicular to the surface, and you avoid those bumps forming at the edge of the hole.

If the budget allows it, I would recommend to swap your SSD drives with M2 drives (which I believe your motherboard supports). It removes the need for many cables you had to mod and improves the airflow in the case since they are directly attached to the motherboard.
They are also much faster than SSD can ever be (SATA is an old standard made for the spinning disks era).

Keep up the great work, I can only strive to imagine how you actually got the Ender 3 to print in its condition, dirty and the rollers are caked with whatever and you still get perfect layer lines.... Love your channel. Having set up and run a carbon composite company with lots of tech and electric machines inside, a warning: carbon dust will find its way into your devices. I flinched when I saw you sand the finish off your panel and then add it. At a minimum, you need to thoroughly stabilize any cut carbon surface. The tiny filaments will travel in a way metal does not. Mysterious shorts may take months or years as the resin breaks down at the edges. I would have used glass wherever you used carbon. We had passive static collection point all over the shop acting analogously to magnesium corrosion points in steel water tanks.

22:14 dont lift the cooler back off the cpu after pressing it on with the paste! you've now trapped a bunch tiny air bubbles in the paste when you put it back on! It's not the end of the world but the reason you're supposed to put a small pea of paste in the middle is so that as it gets squished by the cooler it pushes out all the air in front of it. pulling it off and then putting it back on again defeats the purpose.
If you did the same thing with the new cooler I'd reccomend taking it off and cleaning it and re-applying the paste just like you did before but without the visual inspection. you'll see cooler temperatures and need less fanspeed/noise to keep the cpu at the same temp

You should abandon the pick and pluck and replace it with closed-cell foam. You can cut it with your CNC cutter and get a far better fit, and the closed cell foam can be washed if things get dirty. It is also far more rigid than the EVA pick and pluck. Use a downcut bit on your CNC and you will not be disappointed. Your vacuum table is perfect for this application.
