I like path of titan but it just doesn't have the same weight and nitty gritty no hand holding and no mistakes allowed feel that isle has. Isle isn't here to coddle you, it's here to give you dead souls with dinosaurs 🦕🦕🦕💕 700+ hours in

@@yeahokbuddy2510Legacy was just 30 Dinos with 1 possibly 2 attacks, no ability's and the only thing separating the animals were their calls model and stats.

@@yeahokbuddy2510the only argument a legacy fan can say "we have more dinosaur" congratulations on your success, dinosaurs ye half of which ain't even in survival still stuck in sandbox and unofficial and while evrima keeps grinding more updates, legacy will be a history lesson to new players that come in.
As an 2000+ hour player aswell its so nice seeing that Evrima actually allows players to actually express skill and clever tactics, and videos like these prove it and also just inspire people to learn to play the dinosaurs better by showing what they are truely capable of.

I cant wait until Cerato comes out. I might pick the game back up when it does. It's supposed to be like the Badger of the dino world, so i'm hoping it'll be a solid mid tier.

The dedication to a game this buggy but with a complex combat mechanic is wild. Id be down to master it if I or the person I was fighting wasn't rubber banding. Or my hits not registering :/
6.0 in term of bad hit registration is quite, I don't play it much right now. Quite excited for 6.5, 3 dinos confirmed for this patch

@@vratti2236 developers decided to release beipi too along with the cera and troo. But instead there will be no new map sadly for upcoming patch, they delayed it till the next updates..

I've got near 2700 hours in The Isle myself, been playing since Day 1 of the old, old maps. Good memories, and yeah, you quickly see the new players from the vets. We learn old tricks and they always work because newer or inexperienced players don't realize the finer mechanics in this game and it pays off every time. lol. #1 battle tactic is patience, hands down. This applies to any creature, your opponent is commonly an inexperienced person who is impatient and will almost always show their hand if you let them, simply by waiting them out for them to do something stupid lol. It was like this on Legacy and still holds true in Evrima.
Awesome gameplay! This is the kind of action we wanted you guys to be able to have! And that laugh is hilarious. 🤣 Hope you have many more exciting moments in the future!
Throwing utahs to random deinos has to be the most creative kill method out there.

aye! im halfway there myself, 1000 hours of evrima is quite the achievment, but 2000 hours! holy hell. thats just amazing. one day i wish i could get as good as you in the isle. now ive learnt from my time in evrima to plan out what im going to do next, how to engage fights and how to escape if need be. good job man, i love your videos and thanks for uploading!
sadly though one problem ive had with the isle is my Ping, im in australia and usually after a week or so of a new update the AU servers always die down so i have to play on laggier servers.

Hi depending on your location you could look into cloud computing (this is what I'm using right now). Look into shadow PC or GeForce now

Anyone know at 7:30 when hes flying is he just really good and when he looks behind he knows how to fly with the controls switching? Because I just started playing and noticed i have issues looking behind and trying to fly.

I've been playing The Isle since the beginning of 2018 and have well over 1,000 hours, but most of them were in legacy, back in legacy I was pretty skilled, but I've only been playing Evrima since it came out, But I've been playing it a lot less than I played legacy, so I'm not very skilled.

I started playing beast of bermuda instead of the isle, but if i would have kept going with isle i'd have 5k hours smh
It's been (i think) years since i played the Isle.... im talking... i stopped playing when the only critters out on the isle's new branch was Tenonto and Utah.... im kind of interested in playing the game again.. but i dont like being solo... where should i go to look for cooperative groups i can chat with via discord... that would be willing to help someone like me who is rusty at the game now..? Should i just play the game and hope to find someone chill with playing together?
The next update soon will have 2 extra dinos added in top of it. I plan on relaunching my server at that moment and overall people were more chill than on official server. I'd say wait for patch 6.5 in a few weeks hopefully

I'm just incredibly rusty and dont fully know what im doing haha.. i actually got inspired by this video to go download it again so im trying out official right now :> so far its uh... going very awkwardly. A Stego and pachy and another Tenonto I just found got attacked by a HUUUUUGE pack of Carnos of all ages and i hid in a bush as a fresh spawn unsure what to process first lol. i may try out your server so ill join up and look into it ^^ thank you!

The PvP balance was definately better despite some flaws and pounce janky issues
I really tried with this game, I really did, but it just stresses me out, when I have to dedicate HOURS of playtime to grow a single dino, only to lose it in just seconds when I run into a hostile player and have to start all over again. It's just not fun for me.
It is a bit hardcore and definately not beginner friendly. But once your learn the. Basics your life expectancy will go. Up drastically. Otherwise just watch my videos xD
