I have several low wattage Mini appliances for use in my Motorcoach. This one looks like a WINNER 🏆 👏 . Mini meatloafs would be perfect for that w/rice in your Mini rice cooker... or Mini tuna melts. Thinking I need this one too!

I made a mini frittata using the larger cup by thawing some hash browns, putting that in the bottom of the cup. Then I added green pepper, onion, bacon and cheese to the cup, then filled it to 3/4 full with beaten egg and small amount of half and half mixed into the egg. Of course, you can use what add-ins you want. Topped with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Mine took about 12 minutes.
