- In this debut episode, I’m sharing my journey-how I became a trainer and why I created The Next Fitness Thing. The fitness industry can be an overwhelming and often exploitative space, filled with body shaming and unrealistic expectations. That’s why I set out to create something different: a community that’s authentic, inclusive, and, most importantly, FUN!
🎉 At The Next Fitness Thing, we focus on empowering you to feel great in your body and enjoy the process. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, there's a place for YOU here.

Honest feedback: you are trying to launch a successful online fitness platform but the vibes I am getting from this are rooted in your insecurity and judgement. You mention that all the Successful platforms are filled with “perfect” ambassadors aiming to promote the program when perfection does not exist . You are in a place of judgment because they look more fit than you perhaps? There are several successful small businesses where the sole proprietor is confidently making themselves the face of their own program and they are thriving. They aren’t hired by anyone because of charisma or looks- they are just confident enough to put themselves out there. They are far from perfect people, but your labeling them as such is rooted in your own insecurities. You don’t think you are good enough to be the face of your own organization? Why is that? People resonate with humanity and that’s why these other platforms have a successful following. Not because of perfection. You said in your previous job you showed up with full hair and makeup and that’s where you got most of the following that you have now? Could it be that people who were used to seeing the best-put-together version of you feel like you stopped trying when you show up to teach without any effort at all put into your appearance?
