I made this today. It's very tasty..I found even on the lowest heat after 30 minutes my chicken started burning. So what I did was I put it in the oven low heat for about half an hour..it turned out so so soft. Thank you very nice xxx

My family preferred the chicken when I added tandoori massalla and lime juice and didnt completely dry the juice (I didn't have time). Also, I fried chips and mixed into the left over chicken juice and we all really loved the 'massalla chips'.

Steam roast chicken. 1 kg chicken cut gashes Turmeric or paprika brush on yo give a bit of colour 5 tsp yogurt 1 tsp ginger and garlic Chat masala 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt as you like Corriander 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Chili 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp 2 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vinegar Spread on each piece of chicked cover and marinate minimum 2 hours. 5 tbsp ghee in pot on top of tava. Place chicken in pot cover with lid. 10 mins medium heat Now lower heat 30 mins let it cook. Now turn over and cook again for 30 mins. Depending on the size of your chicken pieces. Remove lid keep pot on tava. Cook till all the water has dried.

Steam roast chicken.
1 kg chicken cut gashes
Turmeric or paprika brush on yo give a bit of colour
5 tsp yogurt
1 tsp ginger and garlic
Chat masala 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt as you like
Corriander 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chili 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
Spread on each piece of chicked cover and marinate minimum 2 hours.
5 tbsp ghee in pot on top of tava.
Place chicken in pot cover with lid.
10 mins medium heat
Now lower heat 30 mins let it cook.
Now turn over and cook again for 30 mins. Depending on the size of your chicken pieces.
Remove lid keep pot on tava.
Cook till all the water has dried.
