I have a solution for the pipette situation: just put your oil mixture in one of those restaurant dressing/liquids bottles. They’re plastic too but reusable. They have those small tips you can use to apply oil to your scalp

Since you mentioned Paula's choice a few times, thought I'd mention that dermatologists I listen to keep recommending the Paula's Choice 2% BHA salicylic acid liquid exfoliant, in case you were interested in using salicylic acid one day. I can't buy it easily since I live in Australia so haven't tried it. Also you can't use it on the same night as a retinol apparently. I have been listening to your covers since 2015 - when studying, trying to relax, cleaning my room - anything. They have made a difference to my life, so thank you. Thank you also for telling us about the Poetry Unbound podcast - as an English teacher, it was refreshing to remember that I need to fuel myself artistically and to enjoy poetry too.

Semi-pro tip, if you really wanna save on the purple shampoo, buy a bottle of semi purple color and make your own mix of either shampoo or conditioner with your fave brand you already enjoy using and know works for you. This way you can control how much pigment you need which may vary each use. AND it will last you much longer. And great tip for the hair and dry brushing

If you’re apprehensive about using a safety razor and still want the swivelling head, Leaf razors are the same shape as disposables but use replaceable blades like a safety razor would. I’m still saving up for one though lol
guys, i used to have a lot of skin problens as well, what i do is by the morning use the vitamin c with de solar protect, and in the night i use retinol, niamicida with zinc. exfoliate the skin 2 times in week and the cleanner 3 times, mondays, wednesdays and frydays. Don´t drink milk and don´t eat sugar during the week, only in weekends. if u gonna eat during the weekdays u don´t eat by the weekend. Exercise at least 2 times, do walks. ithink all this will improve your life quality and self estime. hidratant i use 3 times on week.
