Special situation investing is definitely a way to increase your probability of winning in a mostly efficient market. I like to deal with spin-offs but also trying to learn more about other situations in the credit market.

How is that coming alone given broad economic contraction due to Covid? Any deals that peek your interest?

Christopher Greenwell medical technology, brain implants for vision or hearing therapies and bio sensors to lower the cost of delivering healthcare.
Healthcare innovation that lowers the costs and improves the outcomes leveraging technologies like Crisper, increased compute power for analysis, mobile on demand sensing of human health diagnostics.
Both themes could play into the very long tail investment theories of Tesla and Apple but buying now seems a bit of bad timing.
In five years, I see the digitization SaaS stocks will start to normalize in valuation to a degree. If there is a bubble in the market, it’s in that area and if inflation comes look out below or head for the exit.
      Just my two cents.
