    PILATES REFORMER LONG BOX - HORSEBACK:
    LEVEL - Advanced
    SETUP - 1 spring, Footbar down, Box in Long position, Headpiece down
    REPETITIONS - 3x
    GOALS & BENEFITS
    Teaches stabilization of torso while arms and box are in motion
    Strengthens whole body especially inner thighs and pelvis
    Encourages lifted flexion of spine
    Works connection of arms to back
    TIPS & CUES
    Keep a stable and lifted C curve throughout movement
    Feet remain above level of frame during exercise. Use pads if pressure of box hurts
    Keep straps taught and in front of body throughout arm movements
