Our local cafe makes a blueberry basil cake and it is a fascinating taste. Would be interested to know how to make lavender sugar - do you just put the flower heads in the sugar?

Very interesting, Sarah. I drink a lot of herbal tea, but have never grown my own herbs for it...I would like to start. Do you dry your herbs for tea also? Is the tea making process the same for dried herbs as it is for fresh?
