Mothers Day. Hen Mother with Ducklings. First Time In The Yard. Part 2

This is part 2 of this adventure. This is the first time the ducklings and hen explored the yard. This is also the first time that they got to meet the big ducks.
They were all right at home exploring and feeding on bugs etc. The mother hen was showing them all the best bugs and plants to nibble on. They had an eventful day and slept well after. There was a bit of drama. When the flock of ducks heard the ducklings peeping they came running to investigate. The females hung back, but the drakes tried to round up the ducklings. This hen was not having it at all. She ran off the ducks and kept the babies safe.
