With so many new arrivals visiting, it's better they can go to the simplicity of the Thai family to be in a better state for the wedding. I think Sally's hair done in a darker colour (minus the dated green rinse) is very flattering. She'll look great for the wedding and this change seems to be especially complementary when around other Thai women, making her look harmonise with them.
