That is correct, this was the only soap allowed in Navy boot camp, and we were strongly advised to continue it to keep barracks/BEQ quarters showers/rest rooms (head) clean, in tip too shape for inspections. Prell shampoo does the same thing for hair; it leaves no residue.

I LOVE the scent of this original aqua Zest, This is 1 of the soaps I was raised on & when I bathed with this my ex went crazy loving how it smells on my body.
I personally like zest bars for myself and my kids during the spring/summer months. Zest makes them nice and clean after long hours at the park and swimming. To make sure their skin doesn't dry out, they use zest first and then wash with the unscented dove bar. Works just fine and makes us all smell good. :)

I am lookingfor a regular bar that I used to buy- I thought it was Zest but either it's not, or they don't make the one I want any more: it was marbled swirls of turquoise, ocean, aqua sea blue. Does anybody know?
At my local supermarket I saw Zest now has a GOLD bar. It's must have been just released because their website doesn't have it listed and google only has one or two returns when you search.
i just bought it today, unfortunately i dont like it, the smell is way too offputing and chemically for me, always give the soap a sniff before u guy them! i forgot!

i was told by a friend in the air force that the military uses this brand because it leaves less soap scum than othe brands and its also super cheap.

This soap actually cleared up my acne. Not sure why, or how, but it has. As long as it keeps working that’s the only soap I will buy.

Zest soap was better when p&g produced it. It was nerfed back in 2007 and has since fallen from grace 🙁

I'm not too fond of original zest either. To me it smells like comet cleanser XD! It had a nicer scent when P&G produced it.
