    I believe the Venu 2 has nfc payments as well which edges it for me, as compared to the Watch 3 which has nfc but no payments outside of China. happy to be corrected as I was about to pull the trigger on the Watch 3 Pro but that is a deal breaker (for the price).

      Bear in mind that the NFC is Garmin pay which unfortunately for those of us that live in the U.K. is only supported by one global bank

    Nice video but as I like bigger watches is the Garmin Venu the same size as the Huawei?

    • @TheProductReviewer
      @TheProductReviewer  2 года назад

      It is a tiny bit smaller. The garmin venu is 45x45mm and the huawei watch 3 46x46mm

    I had the GT2 a while, and the glass scratches too easily after a few weeks while My Venu 2 that i have had since launch doesnt seem to suffer from this, even though it has the same lass type.. maybe Huawei just uses lower quality glass?

      Haven't heard about that but it may be possible 🤔

      I had the honor magic watch 2 for a year and a half without any problems or scratches, although I played football, swam and ran with it quite a lot. Right now, I have the GT2 pro for 7 or 8 months, and it's so robust so far. I use a Polar heart rate strap for accuracy, and both watches performed very decently most of the time.

    How would you compare the garmin venu 2 with the ticwatch 3 Pro?

    • @TheProductReviewer
      @TheProductReviewer  2 года назад +1

      I haven't had the ticwatch 3 pro yet so I can't really say anything about it and I don't want to make anything up.

    The gts3 pro has bigger battery and slightly better hr tracking and updates have made the GPS even more accurate. Seen the hauwei hr accuracy is better than any garmin watch, as its more consistent

    I have a question that is important to me and wasn’t covered in this video. Can you use the Huawei phone less when listening to music if you own an apple phone.
    As I read that transferring music to Huawei is a lot more complicated than to Garmin.

    i live outside US.
    i can get GV2 & HW3 PRO at the same price.
    i like the HW3P titanium case & sapphire glass but is it really durable compare to GV2?
    In terms of Continous Monitoring for ECG, skin/body temperature sensor & SP02, which one is better?
    i never own a smart fitness watch before & i am confuse right now.

      Outside the materials Garmin is the better watch hands down. Specially the better fitness tracker. I owned the GT2 and ended up returning it, it was a shitshow. Garmin is prob the best gps and HR monitor in smartwatch market. Plus with Huawei you can only use NFC to pay within China. It is disabled for the rest of the world. Honestly, I don't know what they are thinking. If you went to Huawei was because it was a much cheaper product. At the same price point it's a no brainer. Pick Garmin.

    Good review,, however do they count total daily calories burned or just or just calories within a workout. It's a deal breaker. If I don't know how many I've burned I can't tell how many I should be consuming in a 24hr period. A workout is less then 1% of your day.

    • @TheProductReviewer
      @TheProductReviewer  3 года назад +1

      You get both. You get the total amount of burned calories divided into your "resting calories" and "active" calories.

      Ich bin tatsächlich erstaunt, dass ich dieser Stadt mal in einem Video begegne. Und dann noch in einem nicht deutschsprachigen Beitrag.
