I made this video a while ago and believe I did 10 minutes per side. But I’ve changed the time in my new recipe, so do 17 minutes per side. So for the first side 17 minutes on low broil. On the second side, do 12 minutes on low broil then switch to high broil for the last 5 minutes!
Aww, I’m so sorry about that. I’m not sure why it burned though, cause that worked perfectly fine for me. Were you checking and rubbing the fish or you just left it there? also how high is your ovens rack to the flame?

@stephanieasoh I rubbed it just like the video but maybe my oven is just too hot or maybe the rack is too high
I only wish u would hv explained how long u let it broil after flipping it over and etc
