im 100% sure they can develop a brand new raid with no existing framework in the span of 2 months with a rapidly dwindling team that appears to have all moved to cataclysm. lol
i´m almost sure they dont have time to implement some kinde of bad luck protection in archeologi and they know after raid opens noone will care about it

the more you are around their style of talking the more you can see what they really mean. im still new-ish to the modern wow scene (played back in the day) but whenever they say "we have no plans" for a feature it means 100% they already have the feature planned and ready to go. ie LFR lol
I feel like they are cannibalizing their own players from game to game. I’m an average player at best and it seems like I need to rush through every release of Classic to be just a little competitive. Raiding happens way too quickly and if you aren’t keeping up and playing literally all the time, you’re left in the dust.

I actually heard dragonflight was quite good but chose to stick to sod because that's where my friends are playing and now they're all ditching sod to play cata, so now I'm stuck in sod and never got a chance to enjoy the other versions. I understand the point of diversifying to make everyone happy but long term I feel like it's failing.. Not to mention developers are clearly getting stretched thin so the versions of the games they're responsible for are being hurt as well. Like the current dev team having to essentially abandon sod for cata classic right now..

Personally, I have zero issues with phase 4 getting delayed to late summer. I'm still enjoying ST with my guild and getting even more time to prep alts for level 60 content at a leisurely pace is fine with me.
no bad luck protection is legit INSANE......NOONE and i mean actually no one ENJOYS the grind of archeology and if someone says they do , they're the ones who got their zinrock, staff, trinket within 100 solves.... insane delusion by blizz on this

In order for Rage of the firelands Patch to be worthwhile to be longer, it needs something added to the patch in a big way. For those that don't recall this patch, it only released with 2 major things ( 3 if you are a caster ), The raid and the rep faction, thats it. Firelands was a short raid though given how long it lasted on its original release, it needs to be short or something added to the patch in a major way to warrant a longer length.
i do remember some negativity around firelands (dailies?) - people started getting bored of something in that area fast. the raid is great but players need to do more than raid imo

I’d like to see some of these laughable specs get some love. Balance Druid, enh shaman, and fury warrior for example. These are specs that even if you are perfect, you just won’t perform like a hunter hitting explosive shot.
they give like 2-3 pieces of good info per interview to keep us watching. i think they must decide in advance which things to give out and to who. then the rest of the questions just get non-answers. would be sick if they just basically only answered the question they wanted to answer and that was the entire video. but then it wouldnt feel authentic i guess? idk

I hate that phase 4 will be late and that phase 3 will last longer then expected. I am not hyped for a new season because blizzard keeps letting us the community down and it may seem like they are listening but it does not reflect in their actions. I just want fresh era and I don’t trust blizzard to do anything but a rerelease of classic era. It saddens me but I really believe that to be true😢

I have five level 50 characters so I have played a lot of different styles. PvP feels terrible in SoD and it matter most who can hit who fastest. On my rogue I can kill multiple people at once. On my warrior I get wrecked by most classes unless i pop big cooldowns and consumes. Warrior has always been weak without a healer but now it is just insane. For people who don’t agree I challenge you to farm in the open world and see for yourself (might not be so many people now tho since most quit after hearing phase 4 will be late summer). Most warlocks can win vs anyone and there is nothing you can do to interrupt their heal. Literally no counter play. A fresh era server every 2 years would be ideal and if they can fix the biggest issues with SoD that would be nice.
Honestly this entire mentality around best in slot and people thinking they need to be in it to progress in endgame content is a poison, nothing but negatively effecting the game and facilitated by all RUclipsrs

thats why i like sod its brand new every time. this is a solved game in some ways (cata). but having that prior knowledge means you can ie play fire mage and do 50k dps
I have an idea that will reward all the dedicated players - if over 500 total solves, increase drop chance of all epics to 5%. Slightly increase the ilvl and stats of the archaeology weapons to be >5% stronger than raid HC gear and increase base drop chance to 1% for 450+ skill archaeologists
@NOHITJEROME if they released it with launch I would agree, but they've pretty much said after the raid comes out which would just waste all the effort people have already put in, which is why I think a teeny buff over HC items would still provide incentive and reward players time

Only reason I kept doing archeology is because I was able to sell all the dwarf and troll runes for about 250g on average
40 hrs no sword .... Loud sigh... Did sell dwarf runes galore but f*ck man...

Half of our raid this week ditched to play cata from sod. Blizzard doesn't understand that this will hurt both games in the long run.

Mass summ was such a fun perk. Such a shame they removed it. It was sole reason why WPvP was so big and explosive in cata.
