we have the same laptop i bought mine this may , i find the battery life to be declining i use my laptop for almost the entire day for work + games sometimes the battery lasts 2ish hours how is your battery life??
because its a gaming laptop, the battery is not as good as the non-gaming. my battery lasts for 1 hrs, i can increase it by putting to battery saver mode and shutting down apps on the background.
@@agamdwipermana if your room temp is good or you have a external cooling pad/fan for your laptop then it's okay, as long as your GPU temp is below 90°C

no, i bought it from my local PC shop. you can upgrade the ram up to 32GB as far as i know.

upgrade your ram, if still doesnt work then try to set the graphics to low settings.
