I love how he shapeshifts into a dragon like entity for his super move. Shame he doesn't do that in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, would've been dope.
Neo Dio, especially in this game, combines multiple Araki references- The name, Dio, is obvious. His main callout, I feel, was an early attempt to interpret Dio's iconic "WRYYYYY!!!!!" from Act 1 and 3. Neo Dio's throw can freeze an opponent, which is similar to Dio's ultimate technique in Act 1 of Jojo's. Neo Dio's look and fighting style are far more reminiscent of Baoh, a series which predates Jojo's by three years. Neo Dio has arm blades, hair needles, and even something resembling "Break Dark Thunder," all of which are from Baoh. If any of these resemble Cars, that's probably because Araki both, drew from Baoh, and has always had a thing for body horror elements.
He's basically a walking Araki reference at this point.
This character is what you get when you combine dio and baoh toghether
With some Kars sprinkled in as well. (The arm blades).

God, such a badass villain from a disgustingly underrated game. From his design to his play style, not to mention he can friggin transform into a dragon, hell yeah! Let's hope, if we do get a third Capcom Vs. SNK, he shows up as the game's secret final boss.
World Hero's perfect: Dio addition.
Neo-Dio o lutador metálico que apareceu pela 1 vez em World Heroes 2. Esse mestre é muito chato passar dele. Já no Neo Geo Battle Coliseum ele veio bem reformulado.
É um sonho ver o neo dio no canal até deu o grito do dio brando sempre quis ver ele
Neo Dio também já apareceu antes no Neo Geo Battle Coliseum como um chefe secreto e personagem secreto.
Mas no NGBC ele está muito mais fraco não dá nem para fazer um tas interessante dele no NGBC de tão básico que ele ficou 😣

@@lordethiagomacena2084 King Lion(Shishioh) vem do Savage Reign e o Neo-Dio vem do World Heroes 2. Ambos aparecem como mestres do Neo Geo Battle Coliseum. Tem outro também que retorna que é o Jyazu, mas ele está no KOF XI.

Actually this game series is full of rip offs/tribute to many many characters (real and fictional ones)
So, it's not even a surprise that Baoh, Broken Jr, Bruce Lee, Ryoko Tani, Hulk Hogan and many more are in the game ^^
BTW, seeing this TAS in action makes me think the final boss AI is not that impressive when you compare to what a TAS can do !!

Vc é muito bom nos jogos, mas se poder vencer todos os oponentes mostrando todos os golpes especiais seus vídeos ficaria aí da melhor mesmo que vc não vencesse de forma perfeita, porque muitos como eu gosta de vê vídeos do World Heroes por exemplo pra vê os golpes especiais, é só uma sugestão, seus vídeos já são muito bons é só pra ficarem ainda melhor.
