Do y'all eat it warm or cold? I eat potato salad cold and that lil bit of dressing gonna dry out, so I know I need to make extra dressing than the video.

I added the relish because i kind of like the taste. I also added 2 boiled eggs and some horseradish. Came out really good!!

We eat it cold. The dressing did not dry out. Use an amount that you are comfortable with.

Did you cook the carrots and green beans
Carrots may be use blanched or raw but the green beans or peas must be blanched
