    I am having enormous trouble scheduling my radiators. Firstly, I often get a message telling me the heating element is out of range, even when I have my phone touching the radiator! (Incidentally I have white radiators). Then, it either comes up with an error message when I try and add an element, or it just looks like it is trying to connect but then goes off and doesn't add the element. The whole reason I bought these radiators was because they were programmable, now that appears not to be possible. Also one of the things I liked about the radiators was the fact that they were independent of each other, hence I could programme them independently, for example, not needing the heating on in the bedrooms during the day. This seems to be impossible. I have tried to contact you via the email but it just took me to the Polish version of your website. Help please!!!

    My heating element (TERMA MOA) also stopped working after a few days, the electronics seem OK but no heat - The retailer "VICTORIAPLUB.COM" seem unable to resolve it because they say the supplier (I assume TERMA) is not responding - This the third element failure I've had of TERMAs in 5 years (2 MEGS failed and 1 MOA failed) - Would suggest caution in buying these - Can someone from TERMA comment

      @@Terma_Group I have emailed full details and video of the installation and fault to the retailer and to your Service Manager Team Leader in Product Management, Gdansk. My issue is that I have a new unit that has failed and nobody seems to want to do anything about it. I would welcome your further comment because from the retailer and manufacturer, I have a product and service that I cannot recommend.

      @@Terma_Group Further to this, I have been supplying a lot of info to your Product Management team by email, you may be able to access this ref: [Complaint about the heating element] nr 6071. The MOA is correctly installed and operated in a dual fuel system. I have tested water temperature of my system when the gas-fired boiler is set to maximum temperature and it does not exceed 70C - Therefore, the 82C limit of the unit has, and can, never been reached.

      @@Terma_Group Last reply on this is good news: Very helpful and rapid communication from Terma Product Team in Gdansk have offered a replacement. However the retailer unexpectedly and without any communication on the topic delivered a replacement today. So top marks go to Terma, but the retailer have been a little difficult to deal with though they have now replaced the faulty unit. I hope that Terma can use my experience and information to improve the their product reliability because their design and functionality is excellent.

    My cowboy builder installed one of these. When pressing the clock button for the timer it just stays on 24/7. Never turns off despite the red button showing.

    My heating element has stopped working, the led display works but the radiator will not heat up. Any idea of what's wrong?

      Exactly what's just happened to my new radiator. The element heated the radiator for about an hour then it cooled down and won't heat up again. No errors on the LED panel. 🤔

    Mine emits a constant high pitch electrical whine even when just in standby? Any ideas? Works fine, although the noise gets louder when turned on

    Bonjour, est-il possible de connecter MOA sur un thermostat de maison piloté ? (Exemple google nest)

    • @Terma_Group
      @Terma_Group  4 года назад +1

      Bonjour, le kit résistance Terma MOA peut être contrôlé par un contrôleur externe via un dispositif de mise sous tension et hors tension, par exemple une prise de courant intelligente (p.ex. du type Smart Plug Outlet) qui sera contrôlée par votre unité centrale domestique, votre thermostat ou tout autre appareil de contrôle. Le kit MOA "mémorise" de son dernier réglage et commencera à fonctionner avec le réglage de température précédemment reglé chaque fois qu'il est allumé.
      N'oubliez pas que dans le kit connecté au contrôleur externe, utilisez uniquement les paramètres de température (touches +/-) et renoncez à utiliser le programme automatique "2H".
