Sometimes you just have to get away from it all... In this video I take my dog and the Land Cruiser and take off into Colorado for a solo overnight. We make my new favorite camp meal, explore sand dunes, find a stunning campsite, and talk about what's on my heart.

It is rare for most women to pick a good man young in life. Unfortunately by the time they figure it out, time, poor choices, mental health issues, and age have taken their toll. It's easy to build a woman's self-esteem at a young age. It's also just as easy to tear it down.

I still think back to 2021 and hearing about Lee MacMillan. Presenting your life in vlogs doesn't encapsulate everything that is happening and most influencers only show the good pieces or an edited version of the bad. I will never write another post voicing my opinion on someone else's decision or way of life as there is never a perfect balance. We are all so different and our lives, values, expectations and morals will never overlap 100%. Vlogs contain real people and real lives. Stop, think and try to in some way think back about your own faults and decisions - would they have been right for everyone? Most likely not. Be kind or at the very least don't post a comment/message to deflect your personal feelings onto another person.

I thought the exact same thing! I look forward to the day I get out of my Chrysler. At over 199,000 she is still going but I’m on prayers wondering how many more miles we have together. I want my next thing to be built for adventures. (And a teenager)

I'm so sorry you're hurting. I have found many hurts myself over the years. I have either found a way past, or it still hurts but I have chosen to keep on trying. My biggest hurt, among them all, is when my wife passed last year - after 33+ years together. There still are days when it hurts, some more than others. I too have had a dog to comfort me and keep me company. Keep on going, girl. you are stronger than you know.
You have had a long term relationship before, therefore you will have a long term relationships in the future. You just have to find the right person and that is the hard part. Remember that you must find someone who dislikes the same things you dislike because dislikes are deeply ingrained beliefs.
Alyssa sweetie, watching the beginning of this video and seeing you cry truly hurt my heart. I am however grateful that you were able to get it out of your system and comfortable enough with us to show it. From western North Carolina here and I was driving home from work a couple days ago and saw a Land Cruiser that looked exactly like yours. Like same lift, same wheel and tire combo, big spare tire on the back and even the roof rack was the same. My heart about jumped out of my chest and I thought "No way, nuh uh, there's no way that's her, but maybe?". Obviously it wasn't b/c you're from Colorado, but for that split second I thought I was about to see one of my most favorite "celebrities"✌️🤙😘

A dog that is loved by you will know when you are sad and actually “hug” you. I’ve had a few down days in the past and cried. My English bulldog that I’ve had since a puppy, came up to me, licked my tears and hugged me. She’s my best friend. ❤

Can someone explain this heartbreak to me. I look forward and watch lyss when every new video comes out. I even went back a few to find when this heartbreak may have started. Is she heartbroken over some guy we never heard of? Did one of her friends break her heart? I don't think this is about Coji, because she was smrt enough to realize he wasn't happy traveling all the time. I hope someone can enlighten me.

the type of guys you are talking about. the ghost of you won't haunt them sadly. they won't even think about you. the good ones won't treat you badly in the first place. those guys are everywhere but they are the quiet ones in the corner of the room so you probably won't notice them.
This is what i needed. I...need to know it's ok, that life will go on and i will survive somehow. It will happen soon, it is just a matter of time...little time i have left. And i think going back to it all, to how it was before, isn't that bad, it's just change. This is inspiring and it helped me.
