I love my solar panels. Haven't had a bill since they've been installed. During winter am almost at 100% self sufficient. In the summer, we run the a/c that dips into the credits earned because it feeds into the grid. On the plus side, when the texas grid goes down, I still have power.

We technically lease them, so if they're ever damaged, short of us intentionally damaging them, the company replaces/repairs them. We also have a battery.

For these kinds of cases, one simply has to prove that it’s more likely than not. In this instance, the judge allowed the Defendant’s frankly weak defense to stand, when, based on the facts of the case, it would seem it’s more likely than not that the Defendant caused the issue.

@@C3yl0 It’s actually called “more likely than not” in a civil case, which doesn’t require evidence beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubt. For these kinds of cases, one simply has to prove that it’s more likely than not. In this instance, the judge allowed the Defendant’s frankly weak defense to stand, when, based on the facts of the case, it would seem it’s more likely than not that the Defendant caused the issue.
Bit confused about that question at the end. It didn't seem to apply to Paul McCartney since Heather Mills managed to get a lot more than equity and she only provided outside charity work.
