Kelly girl, I am balls deep rewatching all your old videos - thoroughly love them. You’re so unintentionally funny 😆 Question for you while I’m on the topic: do you find you are funny in Italian now? They say humour is the hardest thing to master in a second language.
Grocery shopping is probably one of my favourite activities! I love just browsing up and down the aisles. Also farmers markets gives me the same sort of pleasure!
As it happens, I am extremely nosy and I love to see what other people buy. Even more so when they live in a different country. If you do a video entirely on food shopping, I guarantee I'll watch it.
Omd you are so right with Lidl!! Sometimes its full of crap and sometimes you can find some gems. Its always a hit and miss and I hate hate hate the limited editions 😂 whats the point if I'll never find it ever again ????
I'm Slovak and I agree about Lidl. We don't have Aldi here but I almost never go to Lidl, if I'm not shopping at local small stores I tend to go to Kaufland instead because both the selection and the prices are better there than at Lidl.
Crostoli look exactly like Portuguese filhoses (well, one type of filhoses as they differ regionally). But we tend to see them as Xmas treats. I love these vlogs. :) You seem like such a calm and composed person. And I love your recipes.
Great to see the Hoffman make a surprise cameo!! You might already also be a big fan but if you wanted to learn more about coffee he transformed how I approach my morning brew.. Careful though because you will also turn into a weird coffee person! ☕
I'm definitely here for the Shopping haul! I know it's probably mostly the packaging but the italian products look so fancy LOL (well except the blue alien eggs). As for LIDL when I lived in France 15 years ago it was Bottom-tier trash. It was dirty and messy and their produce was inedible. I was surprised to learn recently that they made a big push to renovate all their supermarkets and they upped the quality of their products big time. People who can afford fancier supermarkets will regularly shop at LIDL now which would have been unconceivable back then.
In America a kilo of couscous costs $11! I would love to find some for that little money! And on Aldi vs Lidl, I find American Aldi to be inferior to American Lidl. American aldi does not have a fresh bakery in it, most foods are heavily processed, and the produce section is very small. Lidl is more like a regular grocery store here in that rhey have a fresh bakery, a large produce section, and more variety.
I just came across your channel and really like it :) I am a Portuguese that lived both in the UK and north Italy so it’s very nice that you kind of combine both worlds .Also I really like Lidl , they have a lot of organic vegetables and fruits, meat and dairy without breaking your bank, I don’t remember how it was in Italy, but maybe give it another chance 😂❤
Absolutely "plusing" the comment below: the atmosphere and the content of your vlogs make my media consumtion so comforting at the moment. So relaxing, yet interesting and inspiring! Also beuatiful Italy and food, your experience as a Scottish 😍girl there! I myself have been living in Europe, away from my native country for 3-4 years now and ´m just loving how youself out here on RUclips (I´ve been thinking of making my own videos for so long and have been putting ot off, though when I discover such beatiful not huge but comforting channels like yours, I´m coming back to the idea "well what does hold me from sharing my life in such a way, when that gives me so much pleasure", you know?). Also feeling you are really in touch with your audience! Shortly discovered, but a hige appreciator already! Also hope you are getting the job and having much fun and success in it! Also feel, it has to be mentioned: living in Germany, I have been a bigger fan of ALDI, though now I find myself popping in Lidl more often, as you can sometimes find there real treasures like a real Italian pasta for example, but fresh bread from Aldi.......🤤
Thanks so much for such a lovely comment! You absolutely should try out RUclips for yourself too, it can be a lot of work but is a lot of fun and really rewarding too!
I'm from the homeland of Aldi and Lidl (Germany) and honestly I agree with Aldi > Lidl > all the other discount supermarkets (we have like 6-7 different ones) Great video btw! Love your positive vibe
Yeeesss!!! I loved this kinda vlogs of you so so SOOO much 😍😍😍 (well I actually love all your videos 🤷🏼♀️🫣)! Omg!!!! I am so HAPPY & EXCITED for you and your job! I have my fingers crossed for you and that all will be just the way you imagined 😍😍😍🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you for your video! At first when I subscribed I was thinking you are from Italy originally. Do you have any relatives who are Italian? Or are you 100% Scottish?
I feel the same way about UK Lidl. Doesn't have everything I need, then have to go to Sainsbury's or Tesco's. Aldi isn't near me but I think it has better products.
it's impossible to find hummus from the store in the USA that doesn't contain canola or soybean oil (which are horrible for the planet & human health).... I am so jealous you can find olive oil hummus!
I also have some “hot girl”digestive issues 😂 I have recently discovered kombucha and love it! You might try it sometime if you get bored of the same ol. I’ll have to try kefir sometime too! Looks good. I live in the states though so I’m not sure how easy it is to find 🤔
Thanks! I've had kombucha a few times, it's pretty uncommon and pretty pricey here but I do enjoy a bottle very occasionally! Kefir on the other hand is cheaper here than in the UK in my experience so far. If you have any Polish or Eastern European stores near where you live you should find it!
Very inspirational! ❤️ I would like to do some of the things you do. Currently settling in a new city at the moment. Can't wait to do groceries and cook lol
This was such a comforting wee vlog! Whereabouts in Italy are you? I've stayed in Treviso twice and absolutely loved it, the pace of everything and the history is just gorgeous!
u are my comfort blogger at the moment. thank u for all of your vlogs and videos. they give me strength to fight against anorexia every day
You are so welcome, and thank YOU. Wishing you all the best in fighting to get better and feel better!

I'm certainly better at being funny than I was say a year ago, but can't always be fast enough to translate my Scottish sense of humour haha
Grocery shopping is probably one of my favourite activities! I love just browsing up and down the aisles. Also farmers markets gives me the same sort of pleasure!
It's just so fulfilling in some way haha
I should be working but watching this gem with a blanket . . . so comforting
i wanted to let you know that all the content you make makes me so happy. you are like a bright spot on the crazy internet, thanks for all!❤
Thank you so much!
You watching James Hoffmann made me so happy!
As it happens, I am extremely nosy and I love to see what other people buy. Even more so when they live in a different country. If you do a video entirely on food shopping, I guarantee I'll watch it.
Hahaha me too! I absolutely love seeing what other people buy.

Thank youuuu!
Omd you are so right with Lidl!! Sometimes its full of crap and sometimes you can find some gems. Its always a hit and miss and I hate hate hate the limited editions 😂 whats the point if I'll never find it ever again ????
Bananas from Madeira are the best! Small, creamy, so sweet.
Lidl, you have to eat the produce on the way home or you’re out. LOVE me some Aldi!❤️❤️❤️😢
I'm Slovak and I agree about Lidl. We don't have Aldi here but I almost never go to Lidl, if I'm not shopping at local small stores I tend to go to Kaufland instead because both the selection and the prices are better there than at Lidl.
Your hair 🎉🎉

Best of luck for the trial shifts 🍀🍀🍀
Love your videos! Never skip one. Your energy and vibe are just so lovely and comforting ☺ I agree about Lidl. I am an Aldi gal too 😅
Thank you so much!
Good luck good lady on your job trials ! You will smash it !
Totally agree with you about Lidl and Aldi!
I can't even fully explain why haha! Aldi just seems to be that bit better for some reason.
Love your videos and the shorts, thanks for keeping us company, all the best ❤️
Thanks for watching!
Lavazza Qualità Oro is the ONLY choice ❤ Great quality for a mass-produced, non-specialty coffee.

Your videos help me to improve my English language
Yeeesss!!! I loved this kinda vlogs of you so so SOOO much 😍😍😍 (well I actually love all your videos 🤷🏼♀️🫣)!

Lovely video as usual 🙌❤️
Was it good!! ❤
It WAS!
Thank you for your video! At first when I subscribed I was thinking you are from Italy originally. Do you have any relatives who are Italian? Or are you 100% Scottish?
No Italian heritage as far as I know! All Scottish Highlands on one side, and a mish-mash on the other side from New Zealand/Falkland Islands.
Hi! Love your videos! Do you speak italian?
I do! I'm still learning every day but yes, I can get by!
I feel the same way about UK Lidl. Doesn't have everything I need, then have to go to Sainsbury's or Tesco's. Aldi isn't near me but I think it has better products.
Lidl is great for a few bits but you're right it never seems to have everything!
Go get that job girl. A breeze for you. 😎
Love how you said ‘courgettes, in English’..lol..when that is actually French.
Depressingly that shop would be about £100 in the UK now, Europe is so much more affordable, I swear 😢
it's impossible to find hummus from the store in the USA that doesn't contain canola or soybean oil (which are horrible for the planet & human health).... I am so jealous you can find olive oil hummus!
Ever thought about doing a collaboration with Rosie Maio? She lives close of you :)
I also have some “hot girl”digestive issues 😂
I have recently discovered kombucha and love it! You might try it sometime if you get bored of the same ol.

Very easy to find. Very common item.
We're in the north east, close to Treviso actually!
What !???? U aren’t Italian?!? I thought u were an Italian living in Scotland 😢😢😅
Hahaha nope! I'm a Scot living in Italy!
first!! ❤
First ❤
You and @rosiemaio should be buds! I just watched her video on carnival :)
Good luck good lady on your job trials ! You will smash it !
Thanks so much!
