We are doing things a bit different this time around...We have Other Content Creators in the call (most of who are pretty new to the game) and we are going to do our best to not talk over each other. Pretty challenging but let's see how it plays out.

What is Town of Salem?
Town of Salem is a fresh innovation on the classic party games Mafia and Werewolf. It is a game of murder, accusations, deceit and mob hysteria.
So the Derp Crew decided to head back in time to an Era that wasn't so kind to its Citizen. Where burning witches was legal, and hurting your local jailor wasn't really that frowned upon! We will attempt to deceive, trick, punish, and lie as we attempt to win for our faction and bring glory to our respective cause!

That Vampire game was so smooth. Kara got the Jailor Night 1. That's insane. Then they had a Doctor on their side, they bite a Vig, and then the Mayor? Great roles right off the bat.
It's really amazing how often somebody says 'I can confirm Chilled is not the ____ ' when Chilled is that exact role.
I swear this happens a lot.

You remember it more than it happens, but it's still fun
when Kara clears him in Rep's head for the entire game, not by saying that Chilled is Jailor, but by saying that the Jailor sounds like a raving lunatic. It's a perfect delivery and so believable.
The fact that Chilled made an accusation that Chelsea was the SK who killed Tiff the Jailor and was right was hilarious.

God the fact that chilled is uploading town of Salem again just brings me back to 2016 where I binged his 100+ videos of his each video as entertaining as the last.
same here. I was a homeless teen at the time and they were a great source of solace for me whenever I'd visit the library. Now that I'm an adult with my life turned around and my name on a lease, they still bring me a great deal of joy

What a rollercoaster of emotions. Rep assumed complete victory for vampires, to Chilled getting killed by VH retri, to Pinkee announcing right away she's a vampire, to rep dying and then them taking the win again.
I may have immediately given away I was vampire, but I managed to convince Chilled I was lookout as the Godfather so it's a win win

Fun fact about the Vampire Hunter role, if all of the Vampires die you become a Vigilante. But if an Amnesiac remembers Vampire you don't turn back. And can be bitten. And that's how I got the achievement for winning the game as a Vampire Hunter... As a Vampire
Okay, I was not expecting to see a Vampire Hunter there. I didn't know that role can spawn in this mode. Random vigi shots though... they both screwed the vampires over and helped them greatly. And then that retributionist... that was splendid.
If a Vampire gets rolled for Random Neutral then Vampire Hunter has a chance to be picked for Town Killing. Although Rep did ommit a piece of information about VH, that they can read vampire chat, and used his will to say that he was checked. Splendid work.

What’s Everyone’s Best TOS Story?
Me: I was SK who only killed Mafia and because I was such a Good Guy the Town gave me the win after finding out I was SK.
I was witch and I had finally finished recording all the roles in the game so I whisper to one of the two remaining mafia members that I wad the witch and I wanted to work with them and the turns around and screams out that I'm the witch and I get hanged, jokes on him I recorded the last two mafias, I even apologized to his teammate after he died and he agreed with me, the guy who blabed the secret was an idiot
I was SK and put in the death note I would kill anyone who said their role out loud. Every round someone said their role and died yet no one paid attention and the whole town died.
I hard carried the town as jailor once. Executed SK on night 2 after he killed the escort on night 1, a few nights later, the godfather got killed by veteran while mafioso was still alive, so I realized I had jailed the mafioso. I bring him back in and congratulate him on his promotion to godfather before executing him. After that, I managed to catch the last member as well.
I once clutched a 1 v 6 mafia game ,probably still one of my greatest come back ever.
It was a weird start ,half the town left including 3 of my mafia partners,and I was a consig so I couldn’t even kill on night 1.
I basically started with 8 people, on day 2 the sk gave up ,the town hang him right away which left me with 6 town roles.
I checked the jailor n1 when I was still consig , then I try to sway him I was a real investigator ,got lucky that 4 of the remaining towns are all Ti ,so they started to doubt each-other . After I killed the only doctor ,the jailor jailed me again because he didn’t trust me that much ,I had to bring out my best acting by claiming I was attacked in jail ,and the jailor some how bought it . He executed another town while being killed by me in the night ,it was down to 3 , and I posted my fake log in order to frame a spy to be vig/vet /mafioso ,he tried his best to defend himself even I felt bad ,but in the end my silver tone prevailed.
Not gonna lie I never saw the win coming lol!
It my best game was when its was possible in all anys to have like 10 mafia. So what happened I was on the mafia team, there were 8 of us. On the first full moon 6 out of the 8 mafia die, then on the next night the other mafia die. After that happen I decided to not kill anyone and go under the radar, I fool the town and werewolf that I was a jester trying to get hang. I survived to the point where there was me, two other townie, and the werewolf left. I needed to wait another day to be able to kill the werewolf, so I stalled for time to forced the werewolf to killed one of the towned. The next morning I helped the werewolf hang the final town and then killed the werewolf at night. After the game I apologize to the werewolf for fooling him because that game was the closest he was to winning as the werewolf.
We need a round where everyone picks someone else's name

The witch can only win by themselves if there are multiple witches or a Vigilante in game
The Witch only wins if town loses. This is only possible with alive Vigilantes that the Witch can control into other town members, then they die of guilt the next night. Otherwise, the game ends on the spot.
That vampire round was some of the best gas-lighting I have seen play out perfectly till the end. And Rep also getting the W is just icing on the cake

Arso no longer tells you when you are doused unless the person who was doused is an arso themselves. If arso does not do anything for a night (no dousing or visiting), they clean the douse off themselves. Arsos can get doused by other arsos, dousing themselves (transporter, etc), or may be fooled by a hypnotist into thinking they are getting doused (causing them to waste nights cleaning themselves). If an arso chooses to ignite when they are also doused, they die. in games with multiple arsos, one arso can douse while the other ignites, causing an instant kill (douse takes effect first) and is the leading cause of arsos igniting themselves accidentally.
So, last round had me thinking World of Darkness. Got Vampires, Werewolves, Mafia, and everyone's killing each other..

A good idea so the vampires have less of a chance of winning is to add Vampire Hunter because they visit houses just to kill vampires and when there are no vampires they turn into a Vigilante

I believe vampire hunter also sees vampire chat at night. If all vampires die, vampire hunter turns to vigilante with one bullet left.

Also the tricking Rep the whole time is fantastic and all; but nobody gonna mention how Dumbdog's assumption of Chilled being vampire was a case of 'right result, wrong thought process'? The night Chilled was 'immune' was because of him being healed by Rep. It'll tell the attacker they're immune when they're healed since I don't remember what version. Vampires don't even have a defense either, so the assumption had ZERO grounding but he was right anyways. XD

Know chilled probably won't read this, but there is a pretty fun deception game out right now called Get Stuffed! that is actually pretty amazing, good mix of dbd killer/objective but with a sprinkle of deception between the survivors and some ways to fight back. I know this kinda looks like an add now, whoops, but it's definitely worth looking up on steam.
