This works, but only if you don't use special ammo, as they disable your shield all the time.

I'm not sure if you will read my message, it's kinda inappropriate to use conflict mode to demo the PVP build with title claiming Rogue agent don't stand a chance.
Because conflict mode is just kill each other within match time, not for survival and adventure in Dark Zone, there are many factors that don’t need to be worried about in conflict.
The perfect PVP build that I looking for, is even a rogue agent(real player) sneak up on you and shoot you from behind, you can still fight back and win.
Blue builds play like shit in PvE. I love this channel, but just slap a Vector with flatline on this and make it at leat 3 reds. Technitian for the laser pointer and you're good to go. 5 blues just aint worth it.
This build hits for 1 mil crits with crit damage rolls and 7 blues (Using Kingbreaker)
This is just not viable in the DZ. Nobody is running this.
