You can choose any team that you want. Try to win a championship without punting or kicking field goals (go for it on every 4th down). And only onside kicks.
I think there was a high school coach a few years ago that did this.

Pulaski Academy down in Little Rock Arkansas. They won like 6 state titles doing it and averaged probably 60+ points per game. Absolutely nuts.

The new ncaa game should have something like this. Randomly generated 72-78 Ovr team, 20(or more) rounds just like this video, then either sim the entire season to the playoffs, or play the entire season, and try to win a championship.

If they put the og draft champions into the CUT (college ultimate team) that would be lit!!! People say that they don't want ultimate team in the new game but it is honestly so much better of a concept than it even is in madden. You have current college players, past college players who are in the nfl now, and legends from the past. If they do it right and make it like old MUT, it should be so much fun
any video with Oklahoma would be fire
Video ideas: rebuild Ohio State but it has players with Unique names (i.e Storm Duck, General Booty) and rebuild Youngstown State
