A little trivia Crocop was in danger of losing a ball after Congo kept kneeling him. The fourth knee had actually smashed the ball back up into his body and it had to be "adjusted" back down into the sack. Might be the worst ball busting in MMA history.
My coach was rolling with joe lauzon and ruptured his testicle😬 while joe was passing guard his shin came down right on the jewels. That’s horrendous as well

I use to hate Bisping so much early in his UFC career but I've gained so much respect and admiration for him through the years he's become one of my favorite fighters ever. He's tough as nails and hilarious. Seems like an absolute top bloke. Cheers mate

I had a chance to go into MMA after my martial arts run and I seriously considered it originally. But after six months of training, steroid-juicers, liars, sparring, and fighting with imbeciles, low-lives, crooks, and cheats, I wanted no part of it. Not everyone in MMA is a bad guy, but there are a lot of immature, emotionally stunted, vicious, spiteful, and supremely dishonorable men in that industry.
Holy jesus, what school was that? Or what region was that? I've trained in the Philly / New Jersey area and most of the people are pretty decent around here

It would be cool to see a video where you go over some of the top fights that people feel should have gone the another way. Like either decisions that people don't agree with. Or. Fights like Chael vs. Silva, where Chael won 99% of that fight but Anderson Silva got a last minute triangle choke.
Even in the 2nd fight, Chael should've won it because he improved his submission defence but panicked in the 2nd round and did a silly move. He won 5/7 rounds against the arguable GOAT with 3 10-8s. He deserved to beat Silva, but Silva didn't mess about against him because he knew he was a genuine threat (unlike Weidman, which was the opposite).

He seems to be completely honest, a straight shooter, very fair concerning his regard for the various fighters, etc. The old days of UFC, where pure ego and aggression seemed to be the key to every door within the industry (at least from the perspective of fans), seems to be gone for good and we’re all better for it. It’s so refreshing to see where people like Bisping, Adesanya, and Wonderboy (among many others) are taking it via various social media platforms and RUclips!

The only one I disagree with, and it's minor. When Nate fought rousimir, he didn't really sucker punch, he finally escaped the leg entanglement, and rousimar turned to the ref complaining of greasing, that's when Nate jumped into his guard and finished him. I'd say it's no different than Anderson v you, bisping. Took advantage of a lapse in concentration. He was defo dirty but that was clean.

3:21 Hey Mike, Luke meant touch gloves when the fight has started, in the Weidman fight he did the same thing, he touched gloves while the ref was telling them instructions but said to Chris no touch, insinuating no glove touch after the fight has begun.

You can look for yourself, look at the Weidman fight Luke says "no touch" right before he puts his gloves out to touch Weidman's gloves before the fight starts.
