For Hi8 footage like this I use an ATI 600 USB capture dongle, then use VirtualDub and Avisynth for whatever visual cleanup the footage needs as well as deinterlacing and upscaling for RUclips.

13:00 the switch to the old Cincinnati northern connection/now Dupps industry. Also at this location is where a train on siding was rear ended by another train killing an engineer(about 2005 or so.) The engineer transferred from the NYC/PC Bellfontaine line.
