That is alot of functionality and with the 2 batterys you can keep running the vacuumed for a long time

Never comes up to 1 hours.. it's just only in advertisement.. I'm using the same vacuum cleaner in my Home and it lasts only 24 min on medium mode and lasts only 10 minutes on max mode.
The design of the vacuum cleaner is the best. But samsung also need to consider about usability. As an user it's not practical to clean one room and wait for another 3.5 hours to juice up just to use for next 20 minutes..

1) The advertisement says *up to* 1 hour of battery life. That figure is probably only achievable by using the vacuum exclusively in it's lowest power mode.
2) Why not just keep the extra battery charged while using the vacuum, and then swap out the primary battery for the secondary one when it runs out of power? Instead of just using one battery until it depletes and then waiting several hours for it to charge back to full capacity.
