₹ 2000 note is gone because it is easier to stack huge money in this denomination, nullifying the purpose of demonetisation, which was done for black money. It is easier to store money in ₹ 2000 notes.

Well you got the Kannada and Telugu scripts right.
Btw, the angular lines on the notes are Braille markings. The older notes had Geometric shapes to distinguish them apart.
Also, the first pronunciation of Bangladesh at 20:11 is right.

@@ReldrikGeoIf you really wanted to tell the difference tho, a trick that works for me is looking at the top of the characters. The Kannada letters usually have a sideways/backwards “J” on the top (like this: ಗ) while the Telugu has a checkmark (like this: గ).
Although no one will blame you for mistaking them; they’re about as different as the English and Spanish scripts 😂

It was released as a quick measure to cover the gap in cash liquidity since 86% of the currency by value was deemed as no longer valid in just 5 hours after its declaration.

@@ReldrikGeoBTW the infamous demonetization was done to save the Indian economy from Pakistani economic attack using fake currency in bulk (apparently they had up to 50 Billion dollar equivalent fake currency waiting to be dumped. Because they got hold of the plates, ink and paper. )
They earlier tried this stunt with the US too but it was recovered , it had a reference to that incident in the A team movie too.
This was the reason for the disillusionment of the US deep state with Pakistan.
They are still trying to push their lower quality fake bills through Kashmir , Punjab and Afghanistan.

So heres the thing why many indian netizens detest the reaction channels or people making content about india.
There are many reaction who watch anything related to india with a bland face and do it only for views.
During covid times there was a Japanese youtuber who lived in India and could speak in fluent Hindi. He used to surprise indians on streets by suddenly start talking in Hindi, or make videos on indian food and festivals etc .
He was very loved by the indian audience. BUT one day he along with a Japanese music studio made a parody song called " curry police ".
It was insanely racist and disrespectful to india . Many Indians who worked in japan faced stereotypes being called "curry people ".
This created a huge controversy on social media back in 2021 peak covid times.
He first denied tge claims of him being in the video , they he said he was in the video but didnt knew the content apparently, this continued for few months and as his popularity decreased he suddenly one day stopped making content and posted on insta " india gave me good and bad memories but now i am free. Good bye india 😊"
Then people recently found his Japanese twitter and insta where he openly laughs at the naivity of indians or talks about how he fooled so many people.
The recent hate against indians on twitter is also all because of viewership as the algorithm also pushes such posts.
These are the main reasons why many netizens detest anyone who makes something related to india . Their trust is completely broken.

Its always been cheque not check . Check is a noun and a verb too so it could be confusing while writting . So cheque as british english spells it makes sense.

@ReldrikGeo Old notes had seamless borders, the designs were more intricate and thought out (check old ₹1000 note), new ones have these deeply coloured diamond designs in the four corners interpreting the white border. The elements of the new note are in conflict with each other. The circular ‘ripple lines’ in the background gets abruptly cut by the white rectangle in the right. The readability of the text of Reserve Bank of India is compromised because of the dark text in the dark dark background alternating with the ripples. Also dislike the colour choices for ₹10 (deep coffee brown), ₹2000 (hot pink/neon pink with purple undertones), ₹200 (monopoly orange) denominations. The things I like are : The colour choices for ₹50 (blue), ₹500 (dollar green/deep green), ₹20 denominations and the choices of UNESCO world heritage sites in the back (except for the red fort which thematically doesn't work in dollar green colour of ₹500, needs to be switched with another site). I hope the there is another redesign in few years taking inspiration from both the old and new notes.

Bro these "tiny currencies" are supposed to be spent in India, not the US. You have to mind that and ₹10 is used quite a lot actually when buying stuff from local vendors.

    • @ReldrikGeo
      @ReldrikGeo  Месяц назад +1

Is it really? I've always assumed things were closer to the 100 rupee amount rather than the other way.
That being said I never looked up the price of things of than in a few videos where I've seen things like fast food prices

      @@ReldrikGeo Hmm
This holds true especially when you buy vegetables from the local market. Some of them who are farmers and not vendors don't have UPI and deal in cash. Notes like ₹10, ₹20 and ₹50 come into play there.

@@ReldrikGeo ya you've to take in consideration of the purchasing power of India. we even use 1 rupees , India is a very price sensitive market and prices of general use stuff hover wayyyy below 100 rupees cuz sometimes a person only makes 500 rupees a day.

@@ReldrikGeo you can buy a lot of things with 10 Rupees, like a mango drink or apple flavoured drink (160 ml) or a chocolate like kitkat or dairy milk, even chips like Lays, and yes a Samosa (it is 12 Rupees) and a packet of biscuit. You can react on a video of Purchase Power Parity or PPP.
