Youre welcome. Yes unfortunately creams, injections, medications only kick the proverbial can down the road. Get to the source and thats what chiropractors will do for you. Let us know if you need any help or advice!

Get something called a (BackPod), it will relieve all pains for ever as it did with me its a life saver, just do the exercise for 10 minutes a day and the pain will disappear , just trying to help. It's amazing.
@@satyapriya4274 honestly I can't give an exact answer since it was over 2 years ago but I remember it taking less than a week or two and the pain was significantly less, and whenever I couldn't get my hands on a backpod because of traveling, I would stuff a sock with like all kinds of objects to make it like a hard circle like a big golf ball and use it the same way as the backpod and that worked just fine, it really was an easy fix, I couldn't believe that all that pain would just go away like that, just keep doing it until it is 100% gone, I stopped doing it and the pain would slowly come back in after a while, so I just got back on it for like 10-15 minutes a day and the body adjusted the right way and now it is gone without me having to do anything any more. I know how crazy it is, I took pain killers enough for a wisdom tooth removal and the pain would still be there as if i took no pills at all, I was going crazy, literally, but now I am all healed and everything is fine again, just keep with the backpod and other objects that do the same thing and you'll be good, because once the body has readjusted correctly it goes away forever and you wouldn't need to do anything with a backpod or anything like that anymore. Wish you all the best.

@@momdaughterdimpy.3722 are you doing the exercises everyday? Also this can be aggravated by heavy lifting, like a child or breastfeeding. Try and do it with a pillow for support. But be consistent with stretches and exercises and try and see a chiropractor if you can.
I also have same issue from past 10 months.. It started by lifting heavy luggage with hands upto the stomach level.. It created pressure on chest..now the pain has decreased as months passed.. But it elevates sometimes..in winter it was mild pain continuously..but now the pain has started again right side of chest under nipple..when i pressed that rib under my right nipple it pains sharply.. Otherwise it does not pain more.. Sternum pain comes and goes away..i took chest xray on doc advice he said it is normal..doc gave me some pain killers it was stopped..but its started again. When i wake up in the morning.. Or i sleep on my shoulder the chest gets contracted and it hurts... Or when i stretch my chest by turning back from waist it pain is like aching... What should i do? But the pain has decreased the way it was started 10 months ago..plz help me anyone out!! Is it costrocondrities...?? I have no other symptoms..
Try a electric massage pen. It worked wonders for me. Hope this helps

That is more like a thera-jackhammer, it might be wise to offer ear plugs when used so close to the head, from a relaxation stand point.
Good information, I found it helpful.
it is loud , but nobody has really complained about it being to loud for the ears. That being said DISPOSABLE ear plugs wouldnt be bad to have on hand.
Is that fixable?
Yes sir
One thing I do that helps is put a pillow under my shoulder
ib and wrap my arm around it. Receives tension for me and helps when I first wake up in the morning
