Once you create the QBO for the client from QBOA how does the client get his own password to be able to access what you set up for them?

Quickbooks sends them an email for them to set up their business account which connects with the one you created.

Once you choose the right monthly deal for your client, who pays, you or them? If the accountant pays, do you include the monthly fee in your fees for keeping their books?

Have them send you an invitation to your email that you are using for the software
