Are peaches really different in South Korea or are they served when they’re still very firm unlike in America where we enjoy our peaches much softer; less like an apple and more custard-like. This looks delicious and was satisfying to watch. Thank you for the upload. What was the banana drink? A milk tea? Was that a sprig of rosemary on top?
It's a nectarine, different from a peach. Skin texture is smoother and they're slightly more tart than a peach. Should be eaten while still kind of firm.

위생상태가 좋진않다 믹싱볼미세척, 요것조것만진 장갑으로 재료잡기...장갑을끼는건 본인 손을 더럽히지 않기 위함인가 칼질이 어설퍼서 맘졸임,,보라색칼 우리집에도 있거든요 색상별 세트로 구성된건데 절삭력이 나빠서 막자를때 사용하지 과일손질하다간 내 손을 손질할수도.. 과도나 카빙나이프 쓰시는게 안전할것같아요
Después de montar las claras montadas echa una crema, alguien sabe que es y cómo se hace? Además al final cuando emplata los panqueques le echa otra crema por encima que tampoco sé que es.
Lo amarillo creo que es masa (harina, leche, azúcar, polvo de hornear) de panqueque y supongo que después le pone crema de leche o nata montada.

How do they serve lots of ppl by working so slow?!
He was probably going slow for the camera’s sake and to make it look more artistic.
Also there was a sit down area so there is a place for the customers to enjoy it and to wait until their orders are done if there is a long waiting line.
And people are barely visiting places today anyways

처음에 댓이랑 앞에 오픈된 걸로 보고 길거리 음식에 18000원? 했는데, 홍대 매장에다가 세 장 올라가는 거였네. 요즘 이정도 기본이라 여기만 유독 비싸다는 생각은 안듦...
아무리 홍대라고 해도..;든든한 식사 두끼값인데 카페도 아니고요ㅜㅠ 우리나라가 비싼거 맞는듯
